Awesome experience with this crew. I came in 20 minutes before close to get a nail removed and patch my tire and they were able to knock it out quickly. Really great visit and would highly recommend this team for any need you have!

Always good service. They patched a flat that I took to them, quickly, and for free. While I was there, a woman brought in her car because the TPMS warning had come on. They checked all her tires, pumped them all up, no charge. This is one reason I give them all my tire related business.

Had my first experience with this company in Raleigh off Baileywick Rd this afternoon. I wish I had gotten the names of the two gentlemen working the front counter so I could give them a shoutout. They were both very courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend this location. I will definitely be going back to have all of my vehicles serviced here. NTB you should be very proud of your workers. You do not find help like this nowadays. Even one of the servicemen from the back came up and he too was extremely nice. 10 out of 10.

From the first time I walked into NTB I was welcomed and felt comfortable. They clearly explained and even took me to the garage to show me the issues with my tires. From the total cost to the outstanding services, this is definitely where I will be getting my vehicle serviced.

So this very unprofessional mechanic decided to set up shop next to my 2001 S430 and did a pad slap lifting the rear axle with a rolling jack on wet pavement with no Jack stand next to my car wearing your shirt. I hope this does not represent your company in any way. Very unprofessional.

My family has been taking our vehicles here since before they changed to NTB. They have always taken great care of any problems and never given us the run around or try to sell unnecessary services that other shops do. I had came in because my tire had low pressure, and the gentleman working the front was very kind and immediately went outside to fill my tires up. After expressing concern that it happened before, he offered for them to inspect my tires to make sure nothing is wrong with them. They were able to fit me in and provided great customer service all around.

I left "Just Tires" on Capital Blvd because I was literally ignored. I didn't even get a head nod! However, when I called NTB the young man I spoke to was very kind and told me to come right in. I received excellent customer service and was in and out quickly. I shared with them what happened at the other place and they patched my tire for free! What a blessing! 😀Thank you so much gentlemen! I will be back!

I used to buy all my tires from ntb. But, After my last set of tires ön my 2013 chevy truck,( it's a long Story what i went through ) i will never buy tires or have service ever again. And just recently went to the ntb on strickland rd for a Rotation and balance because it was free as part of my contact, it was another bad experience. When i got there i was told it would take a half hour, i was there 1 hour and 45min And ended up with two striped lugnuts and no tires rotated or balanced. Vary disappointing. I will never use ntb again and if all possible i will descurage anyone from useing ntb.

Very disappointed. They charged me for mounting and balancing plus tpms install that they didn't have the equipment to program my provided tpms sensors. They were supposed to move the front tires to the back when mounting the tires on new rims. They couldn't get my name right. Then forgot to do the state inspection, but charged me for it and I had to wait for this to be done. Absolute disorganization. I won't be back.

Super quick and wonderful customer service to repair a hole in my tire from a screw. I went to two other places first while carting around my 2 month old and was told it would take hours-days to repair. I called NTB before driving over, was able to book an appt and take my car over immediately, and was given an estimated price. The mechanics were super friendly and were able to fix it within 20 min!
