Talk about above in beyond!!! I have never received the service, compassion, and understanding that NTB has given me. Trent was so kind and made my experience at NTB one to remember. In short I am not from Pittsburgh but I had an accident in my vehicle which caused me to need two new passenger side tires and rims. I was originally told that I would have to wait until the next day to have the tires installed as they were not in stock. After hearing that I was from out of town Trent took his personal vehicle and picked up my tires from the company warehouse. NTB allowed me to leave my car for days while waiting for insurance to come to assess the damage. They even charged it up so that I would have a full battery once I arrived to pick it up a week later. Trent kept me informed every step of the way regarding the repairs to my vehicle. This place really cares about their customers. 10/10 I definitely recommend.

Great and fast service! Was in a pinch and they were able to flip my battery in 20minutes as opposed to some other places. Did pay a slight premium, but very worth it for the situation!

I needed tires to pass inspection the next day near the time they close up shop. I called panicking that I might not be there by the time they close. Though I was panicking, Alex was cool calm and collected and assured me he would be there and I would have my tires for inspection. In the parking lot, another helpful employee gave me a useful tip to get my frozen door open. Thank you fellas, keep up the good work!

went to get a front driver tire changed due to a screw getting stuck in it they took my car back to change the tire and told me they found additional issues with my car all my lug nuts were stripped and my driver wheel hub assembly needed changed i looked in the garage and my hood was opened and all my tires were off my car i was told its a free cvi inspection i told the guy alex i never was told about a inspection and i would of never agreed to let them do it i made them put my car back together and give me a paper stating that they tool my car apart without consent and he gave it to me so i left with the same tire that i wanted replaced and a bad hub assembly on the rear and missing lug nuts now i have to take my car to the shop to be repaired and take them to the magistrate to cover the cost of my car being repaired. i also have video showing the missing lug nuts on the rear driverside and a video of the technician admitting he never told me they were doing a cvi inspection and that my car should of never been ripped apart wouldnt let me upload videos. be careful where you take your car

The manager and the crew here were so very helpful. My rim was busted as I was traveling through and hit a pothole. On a holiday weekend, they allowed my vehicle to stay for no charge, until the next week. They didn't take advantage of my situation. And were able to use the same Tire, after I got a replacement rim

Went to shop for set of tire for my pickup truck manager of the location helped me get the tires for my truck that I wanted..the right size and type that I was looking for..The tire were not in stock at location, but made sure they were delivered on a very timely manner. Was very kind, courteous, and handled everything on a professional manner... I will continue to return to this location time and time again...MGR & mechanics treatment like a person, NOT just a customer.. Y'all need more locations just like these guys..

If you drive a fleet vehicle of any kind, do NOT come here. They have no respect for your time. I show up on Thursday, 11/21/24 around noon. I need to get my obligatory state inspection done and an oil change. Now mind you, this place is open until 6 PM on weekdays. Nope, nothing available. Plus, "I had two techs call off today. Can't get it in today try back tomorrow." Sure. I get it, a lot of places are busy and can't accommodate walk-ins. Friday, 11/22/24 I inform my office that I need to get this done and couldn't get it done the previous day. Around 1 PM, I call down to this location since it's relatively close to where I live. I get informed via phone (after it rang for 5 minutes) that they don't have any time available today, and to schedule an appointment online. Now, I hate to inform service managers of these kinds of places, but fleet vehicles can't exactly schedule when to be in the shop, it's based on when we have free time to go and get it done. This is why fleet vehicles are often beat up and neglected. I decide to jump online to see what they're scheduling is like. I see two slots open for Saturday, 11/23/24 but that won't work since I have to work. I do see a 9 AM (when they open) slot available for Sunday, 11/24/24. Perfect. I select which services I need, make the appointment. I show up this morning, and the first thing that he asks after handing over the registration and insurance, "Is this a fleet vehicle?" I confirm that it is. He says, "Oh, we don't have anyone here on the weekends to do fleet vehicles." At this point, I'm so fed up with the run-around. If you don't want to do it, just tell me. I'm an adult, I can find somewhere else to go, this place is simply a matter of convenience being a half hour away from where I live. I ask when someone who can do it would be there, and he simply says, "On weekdays." I mention how I did show up on weekdays and was told they can't do it because they're too busy. My whole thing is, in LITERALLY any other business, if you're open on weekends you offer the full range of services, otherwise there's no point in being open. OR you make it very clear to the customer when scheduling. This is why many banks don't open on weekends, as they know they can't provide their customers with their full range of services. I've now wasted an hour and a half of my day driving my service vehicle down there, just to be told, once again, they can't do it. Could you imagine if McDonald's told you that they don't have anyone there to make burgers on the weekends? Could you imagine calling the paramedics and them saying, "Sorry, we don't have any EMTs who assist with heart attacks on the weekends." If you're having that much of a problem having people who will show up for work, or be willing to work weekends, maybe the management in the store is the problem and the store needs some restructuring.
