The service at the NTB on Greentree Rd. was great! I found a nail in my tire the evening before I was set to leave on a big trip that needed repair before going completely flat. I called over about ten minutes before closing time and they were kind enough to squeeze me in for a last-minute repair even though it was now well after closing. Was in and out in with a fixed tire in about an hour and they didn't even charge me for the repair.

A couple days ago we had 2022 Nissan Altima towed to this shop due to damage to sidewalls on two tires. They had to be replaced and my spouse was concerned and rightfully so because I was out of State. Long story they overcharged her for the 2 tires! So I called and listen to Jim over the phone blow smoke up my…. and what he did not realize I had already price the exact same tires at another NTB location in Pitts for substantially less than he charged us! Not to mention the other things they tried to sell her! I will stop short in saying was this because she was a woman? I could add more to this story… But I reported this to their RTM who agreed to give us a differential refund. We have not heard back from him yet! We will not use this location again!

Came here late in the day having issues getting a tire to take air. Staff were nice and helpful in finding and fixing the issue as well as getting me in and out quick! Highly recommend - especially as a woman and not being from the area.

I needed someone last minute to fix my tire. Me and my husband called so many places desperately trying to find somewhere because I had a job interview the next morning. They got me in and fixed it quickly! I appreciate it so much!

I recently had a tire repair at NTB Tires and was extremely satisfied with the service. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, quickly diagnosing the issue and explaining the repair process. The technicians were efficient and professional, ensuring the repair was done correctly and safely. I appreciated their attention to detail and the fact that they offered a comfortable waiting area with complimentary beverages. I will definitely return to NTB Tires for any future tire repairs.

Mike from NTB was able to fit me in same day to take a look at my tire and rim. My tire was losing air repeatedly after I ran into a hill, and I was hoping it wasn’t gonna be an expensive fix. Turns out I just had dirt and debris stuck between my rim and tire, Mike clean it all out for me, fill the tires with air and balanced them and sent me on my way without charge. It’s not all too often you come across kindness like that and honest people like Mike! Thank you!

This NTB on Greentree Road is always professional and they get you in and out. Had tires put on at Sam's Club on my wife's Honda Fit back a little over 2 weeks ago & one of the valve stems gave out. Sam's ☹ didn't change the valve stems. NTB 🙂 got me in right when I called and they fixed it and I picked it up a couple hours later. Job was done right and quickly and I was notified when the car was ready. Highest Rating!!

I walked in without an appointment, hoping for a quick turnaround, and Larry worked his magic, fitting me in last minute like it was no big deal.

Arrived with an appointment for new tires. Was asked if I’d like to stay or come back, figured I would just stay. I was shocked to see my car go up on a lift three hours after I arrived for my appointment. Assumed they were working on a lift out of sight. Wasted my entire afternoon in the waiting room just to call for a ride so I can come back tomorrow.

I went in today to change to my winter set of rims and tires. The service was quick, it was very inexpensive, and they wrapped up my summer set of wheels so that the interior of my car would stay clean. This is a great spot to have your car serviced.

Been looking fo a place to take my car since moved back to the area. The guys at ntb were able to get me an appointment to get tires on very quickly. The wait time was pretty quick and my daughter enjoyed the coloring books and crayons provided in the waiting room. I definitely will be back for other car needs.

Came into NTB in greentree Pa and I had a nail in tire they were unable to repair but we're able to put a new tire on .I am grateful to the staff at the repair shop I appreciate them for taking care of my concerns and will recommend to anyone .

I brought my car in because I needed a tire repair, front desk guys Jim and Larry were super nice. Tire couldn't be repaired but they ordered me a new one and put my spare on until the new one comes in. Excellent customer service!
