I had a scheduled an oil change online for the same day a few weekends ago and they were nothing but friendly and accommodating. When the wait was longer than expected due to an issue with another vehicle in the shop and being short staffed (norovirus is no joke, people), they comped my oil change entirely, which was so unexpected and not necessary, but definitely appreciated! Zach and his guys were super friendly and I plan to return to NTB and recommend them to my roommates and neighbors.

Women, beware. Instead of trying to find out why I had to put air in my tire multiple times in a week, they insisted everything was fine. Told me to just drive my car and when the light came on, stop at a gas station. Rude and seemingly incompetent.

My mom got a flat tire so we got her car towed to NTB and they were so helpful. They could have just sold us a new tire but they repaired the tire and it's good as new.

I came here for 2tires change cost 319.75 dollars The price here is higher than Walmart 213.90 dollars. But here service is fast,walk in welcome. Walmart needs appointment. Walmart prices unbeatable but NTB is available anytime you need and near my house that I can walk to the place. That’s why I chose here and this is my 2nd time I came here to get my car tires change and I don’t have to worry something could come up in couple days and I can’t keep my appointment

These guys went above and beyond to help me get my tire fixed. They had to order a tire because my car has an uncommon tire size, and they were quick to get it put on. I had to leave my car there overnight, and they made sure it was kept safe and secure, before getting it fixed as soon as they could. Shout out to Isaac in particular who handled all of the logistics, he was patient and helpful! Overall a great experience, would recommend this place to anyone

Went today and they checked my tire pressure and filled them -no charge. Yes I know air is free but the time the employee spent is not. In today’s world, where a tip “jar” seems to follow every transaction it’s was an unexpected surprise

Excellent experience. Had a flat. They were upfront and told me it was a leaky valve stem which only cost $8 plus labor. Very reasonable with their prices for all new tires and inspection.

I LOVE this location! 😍 I travel from Turtle Creek to come here for YEARS. They're understanding, have amazing customer service, the prices are fair for great quality and service, AND I never have to worry if they're doing anything wrong. Better than the closer locations in my opinion. ~ Update: Saved me hundreds of New Years Eve with tightening my tie rod ends instead of charging for new ones not needed yet. I couldn't be happier with the East Liberty NTB🤩🎉🎆

I brought in my car because I had a slow leak in one tire. Isaac was very helpful and fast. Unfortunately, he couldn't fix it because my rim was bent, but he explained the situation and all in all, it was a good experience.

Terrible experience at this place would never go back. Called this exact location at 4:20pm and explained to them that I thought I had a slow leak in one of my tires and I asked the guy on the phone if I could bring my car over to be looked at. He said they had an appointment available for 6pm at the Penn Avenue location. I arrived early at exactly 5:44pm. I walked in the front door only to be told by Isaac that they can not honor my appointment because this location apparently closes at 6pm even though they booked me an appointment for that time. He blamed it on someone else. I then explained well I am here early, you don’t close for another 15 minutes or so can’t you at least look at my tire it may just need patched. Keep in mind there was 3 employees sitting with their feet kicked up not doing anything when I walked in. Isaac said they couldn’t look at the tire tonight because they had other stuff to do. I guess they didn’t want to actually have to get up and do any work. Check the cameras and you will see. I asked Isaac what is the point in saying you are open until 6pm if you just turn customers away. Lazy sorry excuse for a place of business to treat customers that way.

The store manager, John, went above and beyond to handle a lot of issues that my car was having with the tires, brakes and rotors. I appreciate all the hard work that everyone at the Pittsburgh location did to get my car done in one day.

Today was my first time going to NTB for a vehicle alignment and my experience was great ! David made me feel welcomed and answered all questions diligently. The pricing was reasonable and I will come back again for services !

Ntb was wonderful! I needed 4 new tires because I have all wheel drive and they gave me the best estimate as compared to other companies. They were very accommodating, friendly, and a company I would highly recommend.

The employee David was an awesome person!!! I had brought my grandmother to get two front tires and an alignment!!! The timing was perfect! The service was great! It’s always good to have someone with good customer service and experience in what they do as their job. Truly appreciate N.T.B happy holidays.

Came in without an appointment about an hour before close. The manager David was prompt, courteous, and helpful. When I asked, like a jerk, if they could get a fresh set of four on tonight, he jumped in with his guys to help get it done. He also took the time to tell me that I need new lug studs due to poor design from the manufacturer, and offered to swap them out when I come in for a free rotation. I was kind of dubious, coming into a chain tire store, but David and the staff here really saved my bacon, improved an unpleasant afternoon and changed my mind about NTB.

This is the best NTB location I have been to. Really nice person, and offer unbiased advice. Also very responsible for their work, never charge before they are sure what they charge can fix the problem.
