Jesse is always professional and takes the time to explain what is wrong with my car and keeps me informed on what is being done and how much longer it will be. I’ve been a customer for 10 years now with National Tire Battery and I could tell you that this is the best one out of all of them. Honest and reliable. I would recommend going here.

Popped my tire over the weekend THE WORST, I was looking all over and ended up see NTB. So happy I did - when I called Casper helped me make sure I was getting the best price and the correct tires, and helped me schedule the appointment, but the help didn’t stop there! Once I got to NTB, I was greeted by Jesse who truly is the best ever! He was so helpful and really made my experience there so great. I hate dealing with car places, especially as a woman, and Jesse and Casper made sure I didn’t feel like they were trying to upsell me just to upsell me. They really were great, I will be going back again! THANKS JESSE AND CASPER & NTB TEAM!!

I normally go to a different NTB closer to home but this one is closer to my work. When I found out my truck was leaking oil Jesse let me bring my truck in within the hour to see what’s wrong. He and his mechanic stopped the leak and topped off my oil for me to get home. I scheduled an oil change and brakes and rotors for a few days later. Jesse was there on his off day to count inventory and let me use the restroom before the place even opened while I waited for my coworker to pick me up! He and Tim went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything they were doing to my truck, costs, pick up time etc. 10/10 recommend those two any day.

I got a flat tire on my way to work Friday, thought it was just a valve stem replacement issue but it ended up being a bigger problem. Took it to NTB right before my shift Saturday since they were able to fit me in. They we super kind and helpful. They ended up finding a leak in the tire itself but Jesse explained everything, was able to get me set up with a new tire, and have it put it on immediately so I was able to get to work safely and on time. Highly recommend!!

Only place I bring mine and my partner’s cars. Jessi and the team are always so wonderful, kind, knowledgeable, and I always leave confident in the quality and safety of my services received. They are so easily accessible with late/ weekend hours and booking online takes like 2 minutes. I was able to go online last night at 10pm, schedule my oil change for first thing Saturday, and get in and out and carry on about my weekend. Gentlemen, it’s always a pleasure. Thank you so much!

All the staff have been very helpful. I first came here after waking up to a flat tire before work and have decided to continue using them for their services. This is now my second appointment with them and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need.

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Purchased tires at this location 2 years and 20,000 miles ago. The tires are worn down to nothing so after stopping at the location recently to see what my tire warranty would look like I was told I would get a phone call “tomorrow” with what that amount would be. I have called back 4 times since then and spoke with employees, manager, etc. only to be told they are looking into it and they would call me back later that afternoon or “tomorrow” at the latest. I’ve never once received a phone call back from the multiples calls. Purchase tires here at your own risk.
