About a week ago I got a flat pulled into NTB and found out there was a hole in my tire. From the quote of a new tire to the services provided nothing less than the best customer service I have ever had. Shout out to Shane for fixing my tire ! thank you. Will be coming back every time I need tires the whole store was awesome.

Sheldon was fantastic. Been chasing a suspension issue for a while and no one could diagnose it. Sheldon and the management team got it in and got my truck repaired fast. Can’t thank them enough.

Extremely recommend this location, they took my tire right before closing which meant that they stayed late for me. It was an emergency and I needed to travel a far distance, so I really appreciated them fixing my tire. Very sweet folks working here, and they saved me.

Stopped in at 1pm on Christmas Eve with one tire at low pressure. 4inch drill bit removed & repaired in the time it took me to eat lunch, only $32. Super relieved. Very calm & friendly.

This shop fixed a leaking tire for me right before Christmas when they were very busy. The patch didn't hold and needed to be looked at again; they took care of it free of charge for me the next day. I will be back for future needs. Thank you and Merry Christmas!

Very happy. I had bought tires through Goodyear's website and this was an installation option. Very busy this time of year, but drop off and pick up were good. Guy that helped me was very nice and patient. I'll definitely go back for other services.

December-2024: NTB helped me out again ! Had a noise in my front brakes and they found it and fixed it quickly ! My 'old' Jeep is in tip-top running order again ! Special thanks to Shane for his great work! March-2024: I've been going to NTB for many years for service on my 2013 Jeep. Much more convenient and far better pricing than using the original Dealer. NTB is local for me and quick to get to. Making an appointment is easy and their service is quick and reliable ! I've been using them now for many years for oil changes, tires, rotations, etc. - and my Jeep with 145,000 miles is still running like a top! Thanks much to the NTB Team ! ! !

I had a very awful experience with this shop. I’ve got a 2022 Chevy Silverado and took it into this location over the summer. I get my truck back and sometime goes by I go and use my trailer only to find out the running lights no longer work (figure this one - all the wires are infact located by the spare they had hoisted back up is it just a coincidence? I feel not.. cause it was not an issue before hand. On top of that I cannot even drop my spare now because the lock mechanism is stuck in place. Nightmare situation.. will never deal with an NTB again.

These people do a great job every year. I just had my summer tires and wheels swapped out for my winter tires and wheels. Fast and good. Pointed out unusual wear on my right rear tire. I’m scheduling a wheel alignment.
