Ty and all the guys at NTB are amazing. They’ve helped me with changing tires and rims on both of my mustangs. They know old cars so if you’re looking for someone to help you with your classic give them a call. Lining up a suspension change and an engine swap with them in the future!

I had a flat tire and NTB is open 7 days a week and stays open late on Thursdays till 8:30 pm. So convenient so I don’t have to ruin my whole day tomorrow with appointments!!! JP, Jason and Shad were so friendly and so helpful!! Thank you NTB and your awesome team Lynn

I took my Toyota rav4 to NTB on S Kirkwood on 01/7/2025. (I have been taking my car there for servicing since 2019) I complained that when I turned my steering I usually hear a sound. It was checked by the mechanics and I was told it is tie-rod and they will flush the brakes (whatever that means). I was billed $1,061.81. After 3 weeks the check amber light came on and the sounds are still present when I turned the steering. I took the car back only to be telling me that it was another problem that the car had. My question is, if it is another problem why did they change my tie rod and charged me for it. I don't expect them to collect money and not deliver to my satisfaction.

Outstanding Service and Quality - A Five-Star Experience! I recently had the pleasure of working with National Tire and Battery off Kirkwood and Westiemer, and I have to say, it exceeded my expectations in every way! From the moment I gave them my keys , their customer service was prompt, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They truly went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met and all my vehicle concerns and maintenance services completed even if it meant staying an hour after shop was closed to finish, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. Major shoutout to the store manager Jeremy and the mechanics Bryan and Justin who are knowledgeable on what they do. The front guy(forgot his name) is also very polite and provides great customer service , this is the only NTB I go to mainly because it’s closest to my house but the staff and customer service never disappoints .

My name is Diamond berry. Let’s discuss the best experience we had this afternoon. But before that let’s chat on why we are here. So last night at 3 in the morning it was getting cold and my sister needed a ride home cause her tires where to the ground and flat and I was like yea they need to be checked out and the first thing when they exam is let you know the truth about your car and how to keep it well tamed. So I brought my sister the ntb shop this morning. Tyrel one of the best worker’s assisted my sisters vehicle and made it a priority. Came in for a flat tire repair, and Shad (apologies if I misspelled your name) was very professional and helpful. They kept me updated on the progress, and when it was determined the tire needed to be replaced they were able to source it same day and get me on my way by that afternoon. Price was clearly communicated and fair as well. Highly recommend!

Received great service from Daniel! I discovered a leaking tire a couple hours before closing on New Year's Eve, and they were able to quickly fix it for me before closing and the upcoming holiday, keeping me on the road and able to do my day-trip holiday plans.

Ty was very professional made my service go really well he was very knowledgeable and transparent with me. He performed 1 service to my Tesla model 3. I brought my car in today because a screw was in the right front tire. I bought my tires here before, so I knew they would repair it at no cost. It was completed quickly. They are very helpful and never pressure you to buy other services.

The service I received here was top notch! The guys, Bryan, Ty and Jeremy were so very kind and helpful. I showed up late around 6:30 PM (Un announced) I had just purchased an air flow sensor at AutoZone but the engine light kept coming on and they told me that they couldn't delete it. So I came here and they stopped everything they were doing.(Bryan was literally underneath a vehicle)And as a joint effort they helped me and did not complain or make me feel unwelcome. It took a little bit to figure out why the engine light was still on, but they continued trying until they figured it out! They did NOT have to help me. They did it out of the kindness of their hearts! I encourage anyone who needs car care to come here!! They are honest hard working gentlemen with huge hearts! You should be very proud to have such amazing people people representing your business! If I could leave 10⭐️'s I would! Thank you again from the bottom of my heart! You have gained a new customer because of these wonderful young men! I encourage you to Come support them!

Took my F-150 in for brake change. Store manager Jeremy was very professional as well as knowledgeable and helped me make the right decisions. Bryan was my mechanic who showed me rotors were worn. Decided to replace. These guys are "Top Notch" at what they do. NTB Kirkwood will get all my future business. A+
