Great customer service from Alex and Joey. Winston checked my car and fixed a rattle I couldn't figure out. Turned out it was just some loose screws.

Moved to Houston few months ago. My BMW got a flat and I didn’t know where to go or who to trust . I contacted NTB after a few calls & they made it very easy for me. Best part about it, I was in and out in under a hour/half. The man at the front made this whole process easy, I think his name was Chris if I recall right.

They are very good. I changed to this place for my car repairs and I don’t regret it. The people are very nice and good and they do nice job. This is an update of my review which I want to give them again, I changed from my old mechanic to NTB less than a year for my oil change and brakes and tires and they were very good and helpful. This time it was for my car inspection and as usual they were very good. I don’t remember the person name but he was very great. Thank you.

Excellent service and overall satisfaction. Joey assisted with a front-end suspension quote and ended up beating another shop I was considering. His vehicle knowledge is obviously extensive, and his attention to detail stands above the rest. I highly recommend speaking directly with Joey, if possible!

I am a customer. I buy 4 tires two days ago and the rear tire exploded. When I returned to them, they did not cooperate with me and sent me to another location. I do not recommend going there.

This is my usual NTB location go to, I’ve recently switched my services to them because of the flexibility on business hours. The staff here is very attentive and provided detailed info on what fixes my car would need. Alex and Kaia went above and beyond, very professional.
