I have brought my vehicle in again to this NTB on the NW Fwy and Hollister. I have been coming here for 27 years. I have consistently received top notch service and pricing on tires, batteries and car repairs. Today Nathan and William are changing oil, rotating tires and installing new windshield wipers. AND on top of that they have reviewed my status on all other things having to do with my 83,000 mile vehicle. For now I am doing good with everything. I highly recommend this place. Very fair and trust worthy!!

I went to this place to repair my tire due to a nail in it. The guy at the front desk was really nice, and the service was speedy. The mechanic work they did was very good. This is the place you can trust with car repair.

My wife and I came in to have our struts looked at after noticing an odd noise somewhere around the wheels while driving.William took us around the vehicle and explained everything to us bit by bit. He gave us a decent quote and the showed us the utmost customer service. This man was the ONLY person at the shop due to severe weather and he still did the most to help us out. Highly satisfied. Highly recommended!

Worst experience ever. I'm writing this for my brother Josh Smith because he doesn't have a Google account. He took his truck here to simply have the tires rotated. They told him he needed a new fuel filter as well so he said ok go ahead and put it in. This was taking hours and hours but they finally "finished". He left and the next day his truck was giving him a warning that he needed a new fuel filter. What??? He took it back to them and it was determined and they admitted that they did not change the fuel filter even though he was charged for it. So they agree they will do it right then. Again this is taking them hours and hours to do and they were having all sorts of difficulties and now his truck wouldn't even start up. My brother ended up calling the mechanic at his job and he walked them through what needed to be done and they finally got it done but they also had to replace his battery because they were trying so long to try to get it started that it apparently ruined the battery. So finally after two full days wasted with them he was back on the road. The next day, guess what? The light came on again that the fuel filter needs to be replaced AND now his check engine light is on too!!! He has no idea what's wrong with his truck now but it did not have all of these issues when he brought it to them and now he doesn't want to take it back because they are clearly incompetent. DO NOT GO HERE! My brother has a diesel truck so maybe that is part of it but don't say you can do something if you don't know how to do it. These guys are at the very least horrible mechanics when it comes to diesel.

Great service and friendly! I booked an appointment from out of state, and the manager came out to greet me by name when I arrived. He showed me my tires before installation, and the service bill step-by-step, and didn't push any unnecessary services. I'd totally recommend this place for tires.

I stopped by NTB since I had an issue with one of my tires. I was in and out and as person who lacks knowledge with vehicle maintenance (or tires) I felt NTB is a place I could rely on for my vehicle services. Nick was also very polite and provided great customer service! I'd definitely recommend NTB for your vehicle needs :)

Mr. Nick greeted me when I walked in and took care of me . Service was supposed to be 45 minutes to and hour . The crew jump right on my vehicle and got me service and out less then 30 minutes. I had to cancel me uber 😂😂 Will definitely return to Nick and the NTB crew on Northwest freeway. Happy Holidays

William is awesome. I’m a loyal customer but my wife’s car had a flat tire so I brought her car up to see him…. On a SUNDAY! Yes they’re open on Sunday. He didn’t force me to buy a new tire and he even inflated the tire back up for me for free. I’ll never give discount tire my money again…. NTB and William will take great care of you.
