Great service. They are open on Sunday and didn't try to upsell me expensive tires or waste my time asking unnecessary questions. I called the store near my house they didn't have my tire but he found another store and I was able to get my tire replaced right away. Only complaint the installation charge and disposal fee is too high

I came here after waiting an hour for AAA who was unable to help me. I got a jump and drove over here as soon as they opened. They were extremely friendly and got me in and out within a reasonable time. I explained my situation and all the costs I’ve been dealing with and they worked with me. I truly appreciate their help and service and will be back if I need anything (and the battery comes with a warranty!).

I was a walk in today for a state inspection, tire and possible wheel alignment. I was assisted by DeMarco, he had really good customer service. Very personable and knowledgeable about products and what was needed. And, when I thought there was a problem, he knew exactly what I wanted before I said it. Spot on! Lol thank you for prompt and great work today.

Excellent NTB service! The manager of the place is super friendly and upfront. I loved that there was a glass wall to see through to the shop floor. Makes my feel comfortable that I can see how my vehicle is being worked on. I will be back!!

I visited the NTB on 4802 Richmond to get my shocks fixed. The service was excellent and I was in and out in a couple hours! Demarco was extremely helpful and explained it so that I could understand 😅. I will definitely be going back! ❤️

Nice place, Daniel and Rene got me in an out, took care of flat tire on Sunday, thats the only place around Galleria working Sunday and needs to be truly appreciated it for the folks who values time.

Tires, balancing, batteries, oil changes, alignments, shocks, front end work, general auto repairs and fast, competent service. A complete auto service center, that provides so much more than their competitor, Discount Tire, that only sells tires and balancing. Nothing else. Also, their prices (in my experience) are significantly less than Discount on the same tires.
