Dr.Dre took very good care of my automobile needs. But also the people in the back themselves took 2 hours to patch my tire. Although it was busy and im sure a tire that needs a patch is low priority and im not totally educated on how long it takes. A seperate location took less then 30 minutes to change an entire tire so I dont think a patch takes twice and long as that.

Dr. Dre and RJ took such amazing care of me! I had just driven off after buying a car and immediately got a nail in the tire. I brought it to this location and, even though it was in a tricky spot, they were able to patch it up and get it turned around super quickly and for a low price. I've been getting my car serviced here for years and always get really great service from the team. Terrence the manager is also fantastic to work with and has helped me out many times. Highly recommend this location!

I went there to simply get a slow tire leak fixed. Left the car for 3 hours and when I showed up at closing time to pick it up they said they didn’t have a patch large enough and couldn’t fix it. They never called me before that and when I asked for an explanation of what size patch would I need they became very rude saying again they don’t have the right size. After asking several more times they finally told me I needed a “Large” patch. I then drove across town to Monterrey Tire Center on W 24th street. It took them 20 minutes to repair the tire and said it was a screw and wasn’t anything special but a regular plug patch. They were extremely friendly. I am not giving any more of my business to NTB.

RJ and Dr Dre are the best! They were both very helpful. We had 2 vehicles get an oil change and a coolant flush and they had us out in no time! Definitely coming back when I need maintenance.

So first off I had originally bought my tire in nc but after driving so much and hitting a curb Terrance helped me out with my warranty and rj assisted with the repair! I’m so happy Houston has a shop I can call home for my cars every need.

Went to get a service from them and ended up leaving before being seen after waiting in line for so long while both the men at each register were more worried about flirting with the female customers that were in line in front of me. After about 20 minutes of listening to them having conversations mainly about life and joking with one another, I finally just decided to leave and go somewhere else for service.

I had an excellent experience at NTB, thanks to Terrance, RJ, and Dr. Dre. I originally had an appointment scheduled for Friday but had to reschedule. The team was incredibly accommodating, keeping me informed about wait times and making sure they could fit me into the schedule. When I came in on Sunday morning, they addressed my needs in under an hour! I’ve been coming to this location for years, and while the service has always been good, the new vibe and exceptional level of care I experienced this week really stood out. Highly recommend!
