I made an appointment for the next day online and they called me almost immediately to let me know they were able to do it today if i had time. It was 12:50 when they called me and at 2:06 they called to let me know my car was ready. They offered me a great deal on my new tire and called me with updates on my service and when it was ready. I’m not going anywhere else unless I have to. Very professional, great and FAST service!

Had a nail in my tire able to resolve with no issues and they also checked my battery which needed to be replaced . They honor warranties .

I was driving on 45 on Sunday morning and hit something and blew out my tire. Long story short I exited and pulled into NTB at 9:15am and they got me straightened out ASAP. Insanely dope workers who were chill and not trying to pull one over on me. They did an air and water test and the tire was fine but the valve stem was pretty bad. They identified it, fixed it, and had me out pretty quick. If I’m on this side of town again I’ll for SURE be back! 💯

Worst experience ever with ntb went in this morning to get new tires and alignment and I don’t see how it takes all day till closing time for this to get done. Then I get my vehicle back and the alignment wasn’t even done right then my brakes are rubbing the rotors for what when that shouldn’t even had been touched . Never again
