I came to this location today and spoke to Asst Manager Larry regarding replacing my 4 tires and he gave a quote and I advised him that I maybe be back between tomorrow and Monday after I check out some other stores and he said that they can match/beat any price. I went to Discount tire and received a little lower price but for less included, so I called Larry back and asked about the the specific tire he quoted me and it was the same tire. He told me to come back if I can and when I returned,him and his manager Chavez were waiting on me and started working on beating Discount Tire. So I am now waiting to have my tires replaced here and even having my alignment done too. These are 2 great guys to work with. Come and check them out.

Great and friendly place! I was driving around place to place looking for a place get my state inspection done. No one was opened and some that were still open did not even bothered to talk to me since it was after 5 pm. As soon as I came in to this location Larry greeted me and helped. The manager Chavez came out to answer any questions I had. Definitely recommend this place.They were attentive and quick!

I needed an alignment and called over 6 different auto and tire locations. NTB was not only the most reasonable when I came in and met Larry Johnson and David Monuz. They treated me like family. Sitting in the waiting room I feel like I’m in my own home.

Ntb has been taking care of my vehicle and all my customer needs since 2022!! Everyone has a great attitude from the managers to the techs. I feel confident when driving my vehicle after leaving ntb. I get a rotation & rebalance every 4 months. Some places ask for appointments but each time I walk in to the east frwy location they never deny me when not having an appointment. Ty

Went in due to having battery issues and Chavez and the crew definitely went above and beyond to assist me. Not only did they replace my battery they checked beforehand to make sure that was the issue w/o just selling me something I didn’t need. Great service!!!
