I had a leaking valve late on a Monday evening right before I was supposed to drive out to Big Bend National Park. I stopped into this NTB location an hour before they closed and was told they could get it done. Juan, the assistant manager, and Stephane, the tech who worked on the tire, were amazing with their customer service and professionalism. They stayed late to complete the work after closing time had passed, were thorough and competent, and my tire was fixed and ready for the trip to Big Bend. I am very impressed with these two individuals at NTB, and have had nothing but positive experiences in the past as well at this Katy Freeway location. Thank you NTB!!

I had driven several miles on the Sam Houston Pkwy on a flat tire (presumably from a nail) on my way home with my son on a Saturday. It was flagged to me by another motorist luckily. I ended up at this location to fix my flat tire at closing time. Mr Hernandez and his crew worked after hours to fix me up with my spare so I could go on home. I really appreciate their time and understanding. These are real hard working people who go the extra mile to help people get back on the road with their lives as quickly as possible.

I had a great experience! I came in with a flat tire and they had me in and out quickly. Very friendly and efficient. I would go there again if I have any other car needs. Also, so thankful they were open on Sundays!

Do not trust this company. They charge a $25 deposit to purchase tires and book an appointment online. The deposit is charged BEFORE they show you "taxes and fees" that you will also be paying!!! Shady business practices!!!

I like the convenience and location of this repair shop. They've taken good care of my Chevy and have the Michelin tires that I like. I can go in for an oil change, and get a balance and rotate for no additional charge.

I've been to this NTB location a few times to replace the battery in my Lexus RX350 and to have new tires installed. Very friendly, great communication, and fully satisfied experience each time.
