I hope I never have to go back to this place. What a horrible experience with them messing up my door handle and telling me to go get it fixed after they tried fixing it for over 6 hours of my wasted time and that they'd refund me my money so when I sent the receipt after getting it fixed to that bj guy I never got my refund.

These guys are the worst when it comes to car alignments, I called 4 different locations and they all said the same thing “our machine isn’t working” and when they finally got to it they took over 2 hours.

Went the extra mile... Both in professionalism and expertise. I had already gone to another Auto repair Center not far away. They refuse service because the plug was stuck the hood would not latch properly. Npt was nice did not give me any unreasonable expectations. In fact, they were able to remove the oil plug without extracting it, did the tire rotation, and give me a small discount. Excellent work on the ol Pilot.
