NTB is the place you want to be when you need help with anything tire or battery related. In particular, the store manager Brandon Ferguson assisted me with what I needed help with by getting my tires replaced. He was poise in his dialect and easy to get along with as well. Coming here was on time, and I am grateful the Lord brought me here to get my car fixed and back on the road. Again, this is the place you should be if you need help with anything tires or battery related.

Came into the NTB location at 105 College Rd Greensboro, NC for needed tire services. Was welcomed by (employee) Ty. He was very professional & knowledgeable. The service I needed was handled in a timely manner. Highly recommend visiting this location for your tire service needs. 1/18/25

Had to come leave a review about this gem of a auto shop.... I went in to get a headlight changed out and I was in and out in 15mins that was a big plus. Angel was the associate that helped me, he was very knowledgeable and prompt with trying to get my headlight fixed. Honestly, he and his coworkers were a blessings in disguise because not only did they fix it fast but they went above and beyond anything i was imagining and just ask me to leave a great review and sent me on my way. Yes that's right read between the lines and I can't say thank you enough to Angel, and all the other guys who participated in fixing my car but I definitely will be back when my car needs any repair. I owe you guys big time for such pleasant experience in a business that usually leaves people not in the best of moods. Thanks again Angel and associates yall are the best.

The new manager Brandon, under the new company Mavis, is amazing. He caters to your needs and budget and not just trying to make a sale. His mechanic Allen was amazing and found the problem with my headlights. They were installed incorrectly and that's why I couldn't see well at night. He adjusted them for me they way they should have been done the first time. I also needed wiper blades and got the top of the line Rain-X ones for 50% off. I will definitely now bring all my business to them. They are very professional and customer focused. Thank you both so very much! I recommend them for ALL your vehicle needs!!!

Don't you dare take your car to any other place for Tires, Battery or mechanic service. These men know what they are doing. They are reasonably priced, knowledgeable and professional. I'm a senior with a heart condition and they took care of me and comforted me like family while working on my alternator of my 98 Volvo. I was stress free. They have done other work for me in the past and I will not go anywhere else. They also have rain.x wiper blades for 50%off which is a steal. I had to have them. These are the sons I never had. Thank you so much for taking care of mama. I will be back soon for the wheel alignment which was suggested by my favorite manager Tyrease. And Angel you are the best. 🙏😇

My experience was delightful when going to this NTB the service i received from Ty at the front counter was great he was very friendly and helpful, the recommendations he gave to me about my car was precise and I was able to gain more knowledge about my car I didn’t know although I wasn’t able to purchase all the recommendations during my visit I will be returning due to the assistance and affordable prices and knowledgeable management and crew.

Needed a couple tires put on asap and Ty was super helpful getting those in and having the appointment setup quickly. After arriving, Ty and Angel got my car in immediately and we're great to work with and super friendly. Will definitely be coming back!

I paid $1300 to have my car fixed and within a month the same thing happened again. So, I was ripped off. The car was not fixed. I do not recommend at all

My daughter went there to get 2 front tires. The tires weren't balanced, they put 40lbs pressure in one tire and 45lbs in the other tire (Prior to the job being done, she had shown them on the door jamb, what pressure needed to be on the tires) They also left one of the caps off. She spent her hard earned money for 2 new tires which took over 2hrs to do and they didn't do the job properly. We won't be going back there.

So this is our second visit…. My husband has taken now 2 out of our 6 cars to this shop. Brandon has been marvelous… our first visit Anthony worked on our car and was a master at his craft. Perfect technician… On our second visit we took our Benz CLA 250 and a technician by the name Thomas has a great attitude, very helpful and professional. Did a tremendous job. We will keep coming back as long as the staff stays the same.
