Customer service was awful. Asked for a tire rotation while my truck was there to get a tire plugged and they never rotated the tires. Attendant in office was rude and unhelpful. UPDATE. Went back a second time to give benefit of the doubt. Asked for tire rotation and balancing. Went in the morning on a week day. One other car was getting service. After an hour of my truck being in the back, I was informed due to missing parts on their balancing machine, my wheels couldn’t be balanced. I asked that they finish rotating my tires. The tech did not rotate in the correct pattern. The tech also was either careless or malicious and did not tighten the allen screws that hold my center caps on. Now I’m missing screws for each cap on each wheel. I don’t understand how people gave this place a good review. I will never go back

Jamerica and the NTB team are great. I called after 5 and asked if they still had time to fix a hole in my tire. They didn't hesitate (even though it was late) and helped me get my tire repaired and back on the road quickly! Definitely recommend NTB Battleground.

I had to bring in my car for a dead battery. Miss Jordan was so helpful. She even called the company that manufactured the battery for me in case there was a warranty. Sadly there was not. But they installed a new one for me and it was a fair price.

I was on a work trip in a rental car and got an oil and filter warning. I had a tight schedule and needed to have an oil change done ASAP. Jamerica took care of it right away for me - total service with a smile! Would highly recommend, five stars all the way!

This location is WONDERFUL!!! They saved me big time! They went above and beyond to help me. I woke up to a flat tire, on a Saturday morning! I drove on the flat to NTB. They helped me immediately, even finding out my oil was VERY LOW. As I had not been expecting an oil change, she made it work price wise! They even told me to come back in a couple days so they could check on my oil. They recommended two tires and found the price point I could do- never any judgment and such positive energy! I really appreciated that in this trying situation! I mean they greeted me and got to work! All the women working in the front were making it happen and the folks doing the work in the garage were just as efficient. I am very impressed! How about NTB give some well deserved raises at this location! Jamerica was AWESOME and took care of me! I would come back to this location for her service alone!

Had a completely flat tire while on vacation. They were able to take a look first thing when they opened. They gave me options told me their recommendations. They didn’t try to sell me on anything and let me choose what I wanted. They ended up having to drive to another store to get the tire I needed so I could make it the 7 hour drive home. They kept me informed and were very friendly. Appreciate their hard work to get us back on the road as soon as they could.

I had a great experience at NTB! My mechanic was very knowledgeable and took very good care of my car. The manager was extremely nice and ensured I was satisfied with my service. They made me aware of other things to look out for and what I should get taken care of in the future. They really made me feel comfortable about returning, knowing I’ll get great service. Highly recommend!

Took my car here because it was recommended to me and I didn’t know better since I am not local to this area. The lack of communication between the staff and I was horrible, never got a call back and was always the one calling them. I took my car there because it wouldn’t start and on my fault, I told them I thought it could be my starter, they replaced my starter and I called back and they said my car was shaking and I needed to drive it to see if the shaking was normal and when I drove it the check engine light was also on before my car stopped starting it was running perfectly fine with the check engine light off, the mechanic who road with me and he told me it could be my clutch plate which didn’t make sense cause I had no transmission issues since having the car. Fast forward a few days I called back and they had to order a new diagnostic machine, the next thing I hear is that I had a hole in my catalytic converter. They had my car for a week and then told me they couldn’t figure out what was still wrong with it. Took it to a new mechanic and it was just a coil pack that went bad which caused a shortage in my control module. I do not recommend this place for any serious matters when it comes to figuring out what’s wrong with a vehicle there are better places in Greensboro that will efficiently fix your car and for a good price.
