Came to ntb on preston rd for some tires and an oil change. they did great with the time, and rotated my tires as an extra courtesy! would definitely recommend the young man, Bryce, up front, as well as the other young technician who worked on my car, AQ.

I recently had a great experience at this location, and I just had to share. John, the employee who helped me, went above and beyond to ensure I felt taken care of. He was not only extremely polite, but also very informative when I asked about the different services they offer. He patiently answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything clearly before making any decisions. It’s rare to find such excellent customer service these days, and John made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this location, especially if you’re lucky enough to be assisted by John!

I took my wife’s 2019 Jeep Cherokee in to have one of the front lights replaced, which is not the easiest thing to do. John at the front desk was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done. Not only that, I was in-out in no time. I would highly recommend this location. The staff and the mechanics are top notch!

Polite and professional service. However, it took 3 hrs and 10 mins despite having an appointment. Simply got an oil change, tire rotation, and replaced 1 TPMS sensor. Was not given any updates on anticipated wait time or status. Then once completed, car keys remained on the desk while the workers chatted in the front office until 10 mins went by and I had to ask them if I could finally leave. Not sure what the point of an appointment was.

Beyond surprised with the poor quality of work and lack of communication with this store location. Left my vehicle to get all 4 new tires installed. Picked up vehicle days later to discover when I got home that 3 of the 4 tires were replaced and one old tire of mine left on!!! Can’t make this up! My Low Tire Pressure Alert was still active from the previous tires and they didn’t know what it meant or how to reset it after installing the (3) new tires. Went back to get my fourth tire and after receiving an insincere apology, waited an hour and a half for it to be put on. TPS light was still on (I reset it myself) and 2 of the 4 valve caps not installed. Not sure who is in charge of quality control, but this was beyond frustrating and almost comical. Not sure if this is NTB’s new work force and standards or just this location being equipped with unqualified and incapable personnel.

I recently purchased and had Michelin Primacy RFT All-Season tires (245/45 R18) installed for my 2018 BMW 530i. After comparing prices across stores in the Frisco area, this location offered the best rates. Bryce, the sales executive who assisted me, provided an excellent deal. I value the contributions of the individuals (Brian, Tim, and John) in servicing my red Toyota. I am pleased with this service location as it has been utilized for all my vehicles since 2016. A suggested improvement includes providing hot or cold beverages in the lobby, making external refreshment delivery unnecessary. Adding a television wouldn't hurt either. I did appreciate the filter water.

I went to this location and ask if they could just do a check up on my vehicle. I was pleased with the service. They looked over my vehicle and made a few suggestions for things coming up for the winter. I would recommend this NTB to someone looking to get the vehicle services they may need. Staff was polite and respectful, the young man that first greeted was Brice, and he listened to my request and was very nice while explaining to me about a few thing they recommend I get done to my vehicle. The store was clean.
