Extremely slow for basic services, and they don't handle your car very carefully.

I brought my car in to have a tire looked at fearing that it was punctured, but they helped me throughout the whole process making it easy and enjoyable to work through this difficult situation. I was told I only needed this part to fix it and that was a huge relief because it could’ve been a lot worse and more expensive fix. By the time I got the part it was around 4:30 and even though they were soon to be closing for the day they still fixed the issue. This was the best case scenario and for anything tire related I will certainly be coming back!

I came here with an emergency popped tire on 66 on the way back to Maryland- no way my beat up tire was getting me across that bridge. Called around and luckily landed at ntb- fairfax. The staff (everyone and especially Yasser and Socrates) there are so personable and the perfect people you want to run into on a terrible day. They helped me out right away and I was even able to check out the Asian market next door while I waited for my car (99 Ranch Market). I just moved back to the DMV and would genuinely go out of my way to come back here for any car issues they have services for.

I have to share my first time experience at NTB Fairfax because as someone who is not familiar with car issues. repairs the customer service here was delightful & easy. I got a flat tire first thing in the morning and i looked up nearest NTB near me and i am so happy i came across this location. Christine the receptionist immediately helped me right away with my issue as i had to go to work. Lenny the mechanic helped me with my tires and headlights, they also checked for any maintenance issues i had concerns with. When i got off work, Christine waited for me even though the shop was closed to give me the key to my car, she is such a sweetheart! I will be taking all my car needs to this location moving forward.

Excellent service. I went as a walk in and was seen right away. So far so good with the work that was done. Good place for when I needed a quick flat replaced. Got me in the same day I called and finished within an hour and a half. Definitely a solid place if you need a tire changed/replaced.

Just the best experience. Work done quickly at an incredibly reasonable price (less than half dealership prices). William was friendly, informative, and tried really hard NOT to sell me a 4th tire (he wasn’t sure I needed it). I wore him down and he sold it to me. Just a wonderful business and person to work with.

My tire pressure light came on a couple of days ago, and I filled it with air, but the TPMS light came back on. I brought it in to NTB, and Marlon quickly found that I had a nail in one of my tires. He repaired it quickly, and I was in and out.

Ronald did a great job at changing my oil. Truly a remarkable person. After that he recommended me a sub from subway and do ask to do the the Randy style with uncooked tomatoes. Don’t know what that means but I’ll try it! Thank you Ronald!!

Thank you Ronald for fixing my low-tire pressure on my Toyota! Ronald was quick and professional and put air at no charge. I really appreciated it because it was on Sunday. It’s hard to find good car place these days, especially on a Sunday afternoon, but NTB /Ronald provided excellent service. I will come back here and I recommend this place to other customers who look for a friendly, quick and professional service!

Christy got me in on a Sunday and Ron took the screw out of my tire and plugged it. He was very curteous and knowlegeable. They do fast, efficient and great work! I highly recommend them!

Had a flat rear tire and within the same day after dropping off my car, kent fixed the issue within two hours with a great deal for a new tire. Highly recommend for customer service and prices.

I stopped at NTB a couple of months ago when I had a low tire. The guys found a nail in the tire, repaired it very quickly and I was on my way. Unfortunately I had to stop by again a couple of days ago due to another warning light of low tire. Socrates quickly assigned someone to check out the tires and he found a small screw in the other back tire. (That's what I get for driving thru a construction site)! Socrates and I had good conversation while his guy repaired the tire. When it came time to pay, Socrates just said, you're good to go. No charge. Wow, what a surprise! I will probably need new tires next year and I will definitely go there!
