Outstanding customer service and great value! Since I bought my tires from them, they repaired a flat (nail in the tread) for free, balanced and rotated my tires, did a check of my vehicle's systems, and gave me the whopping bill of $0.00! I highly recommend NTB.

Great customer service here. Great communication with customers. They go above and beyond to satisfy the customer. And, a big thank you to Joshua for doing what it takes for the customer to have a healthy and running car. This is now my number one place for car repairs and services. really friendly staff that didn’t make me feel dumb about my car! i had a whole bunch of small problems when getting a flat tire and the employees were very patient with me and when diagnosing my car they didn’t make me spend a whole bunch of money and found the cheapest options first. this location is really good about communicating with you and even showing you pictures/in person what they are looking at. i’ve always gotten my tires and oil changes / maintenance here and never had an issue.

Had a nail in one of my tires. Stopped at NTB, to have them look at it. Jacob at the front desk was great, compassionate and helpful. The tire technician was able to look at the tire quicker than was estimated. I was told that it did not go into the tire and it didn't need to be patched. Thank you NTB for taking great care of us.

Jacob was super helpful at the front desk helped me with my tire warranty that I bought through the dealership when I got my car and now I’m getting my tire replaced covered when Walmart across the street wouldn’t help me. They were able to put on my spare as well as air it up to keep me driving till tomorrow. Only issue is my tire is a common size and they didn’t have it in stock so it had to be ordered which is 24-48 hr wait on a spare tire not the people’s fault but was one downside.

Always a great service experience at this location! Had an alignment just before Christmas, then I installed a new gearbox which threw my toe in off. They reset it, no charge since I was still within the alignment window. I didn't expect that but greatly appreciated it! That's above and beyond! Thank you!

On an extremely short notice I called and made an appointment for my car. The lady at the counter Andi was very helpful and got me in and out quickly. I got to meet the man working on my car who name was Watson. He was very personal and explained everything. NTB in Denton is the most dedicated car service shop period. They took care of my car even when everything else was closed down due to show. Life time customer right here thank you NTB.

Came in today because the oil change place told me the battery was about to die. Not only did the folks here retest it and determine that the battery was actually still performing well, they also found a nail in a tire during a quick inspection. They patched the tire and was done fairly quickly. No out of pocket cost today but will definitely be back when I need tire or battery services. You saved me some headaches, thanks!

I really like NTB. They are honest and straightforward as well as being quick and efficient. Received good service and the price was $50 lower on a competitor quote. Alignment was heavily discounted with tire purchase. I recommend everyone give them an opportunity to serve you.

My TPS sensor was out and they went above and beyond to figure out why and give me an inspection. The staff all greeted me, even the technicians who came through the lobby. Absolutely would recommend if you need service.
