ARASH AND PAULA worked with me on diagnosing my tires and wheels, to discover the bend in the rim, etc. Their recommendations are worthwhile. I wasn't even charged for this. Great people, Great service.

Went in to get a new back tire because it kept going flat at least once every other week. Ten or Tien (not sure how to spell his name) was very helpful, explained everything to me that needed to be done, and also brought it to my attention that my windshield wiper fluid was out as well. My tire was repaired in a timely manner. I will definitely be back again for any car issues I have.

First time going here and was very pleased. Went a shop 3 times for a front end alignment 3 good reach time. NTB did it correctly in 30 minutes.

Great staff! They are kind and helpful. A few months ago I was having issues with a tire and stopped by. Tim took a look and determined it just needed air, and the team helped to air up all of my tires. It was a positive experience and when I eventually needed new tires I came back. They helped me to expedite the arrival of my (specialty) tire. They called me the next day, and I was able to get an appointment straight away. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. I appreciate Tim and the staff for making it a seamless and stress-free experience.

I had such a great experience at NTB. I came in for a nail in my tire. Louis gave me a detailed explanation of how they would repair it. I waited for a bit but that's expected during the winter months.

10/31/24 I got my power steering pump swapped out(went out on my way to work) and alignment done, as a walk in I did not have an appointment. They attended to me and got the work done pretty fast and that was while they had a packed house.

So far, it has taken them an hour and a half to change a battery, and they have an hourly rate for service. So I am just getting fleeced. Pretty bad service, reccomended 3,000 dollars in service. If you have simple work that needs to be done, go somewhere else.

This is from my dad, Richard, that had car trouble today! They went above and beyond, what I expected. My car battery died and sent someone to jump my car. I then drove to their store and they installed a battery for a really good price. Everyone was exceptional. I specifically want to recognize Paula as well as the store manager, I believe his name is Neo. I highly recommend this store.

After a long afternoon of car trouble, I realized I needed a new battery. NTB was only about 10 minutes from where I was, but they close at 6p. I called at 5:40p to make sure they had the battery I needed in stock, and asked if they could change it even if I got there close to 6p. They said they had it in stock and to come on over. We were out by 6:20p, and I so appreciated their hard work and dedication to making sure we were taken care of. Everyone was kind and professional, and that meant a lot to me after a stressful afternoon. We will definitely be back in the future.
