Great shop helped me get my motorcycle tire fixed

Terrible experience. I made an appointment for a wheel alignment yesterday. This morning I showed up for my appointment and was greeted by a young employee with a "couldn't give a hoot" attitude who informed me they couldn't do alignments because their alignment tech had moved to another store. This is the 3rd bad experience I've had with this NTB. I had similar experiences with the NTB that was formerly located at 75 south of Park in Plano (manager kept lying to me about tire warranty). I am done with NTB. I have no confidence in their services, their experience, or their trustworthiness. I'm sure there are some good NTB stores out there but I'm not going to risk it.

Had a terrific experience here. Came in right before closing time, with a tapping sound from the rear wheel after getting the car washed. Didn't get anyone's name, but all three employees got the car in, up on the lift, and diagnosed the problem thoroughly and quickly. Got us back on the road in less than 30 minutes. Well done - many thanks!

The guys at this location were quick to help me replace my flat (even though it was close to their closing time).The customer service here is top tier! They were so kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend stopping by for any car issues.

There was something in my tire, causing it to lose air fast; it was on a snowy messy day (so rare in Dallas) that saw just about everything else shut down. I called and spoke to Ty—he assured me that they’d be able to fix my tire right away when I could get there. Unfortunately I the tire had to replaced, but Ty & his crew took care of it and me promptly, and got me on back on the road. Great service, also very personable!

This NTB is a life saver! I tried four other locations besides NTB and they all refused to change and install my battery because it was “too complicated”. I can’t thank them enough for being quick, easy, and efficient in getting me in last minute and doing this service for me before the winter storm! Found my new place for my car services!

I personally work at a family owned dealership and of course we receive cars, little to a bad Aliments and breaks pads and rotors worn down to steel and we can always trust NTB to get it right and they always do. Plus their customer service is easily best in Plano. Thanks to Ty and Jay big helps in the process. FYI this car drives perfectly like brand new now due to them. Thanks for what y'all do.

Well , to start … I want to emphasize that I have supported this location for YEARS and am more disappointed than I am angry from our experience! I believe that NTB as a company is more good than NOT, but all the same the experience that we had reflect on this particular location on GBNT in North Dallas area. My wife had a flat tire that we needed plugged, and since we bought the new tires from that location they said they would plug it for free, so I was like (bet), got the tire plugged, as was good. Fast forward a month and it is time to get the brakes done on the vehicle, so I go to take off the wheels with the wheel lock and the key,it will not engage on the wheel lock. After looking at the wheel key I see it is damaged on the interior of the key , you can see metal is bent out of shape so the lock won’t line up the engage with the key. I call the NTB and tell them the situation and explain that they are the only people who have worked on our vehicle, so they tell me to bring the vehicle in so they can investigate it further. I agreed reluctantly & take it up only for them to first say that they can’t replace it cuz it is a factory parts, then I pull up the key online, and then they pivot to say ,”well we can replace it, but it will take a few days”. I says that’s fine I’ll reach back in a few days, which I do only to be told that the part is still not in, I give them a few more days and still nothing. I call to see wut the hold up is and they come up with another excuse as to why they haven’t received it , but they offer to Knock off the keyed lugs and replace them with regular lug nuts, and I ask, what’s the purpose of having the locked lugs in not to prevent someone from taking the wheels off in the 1st place! I decline and give them even more time and it has been 2 weeks at this point … if they received the lock they definitely didn’t call us to let us know like they Said they would and I have since then replaced them with regular lug key online for less than a nice meal out. But it will cost then thousands of dollars because I AM not EVER going back to that location AGAIN AS I WAS a loyal customer! The jokes on them in the end, hehe😂🫠
