The service here was amazing. Kevin is the man to ask for. I dont think I've ever met a more courteous gentleman. This dude is awesome! The manager, I think his name is Shane, is also very nice and very prompt. Both went out of their way to ensure I was taken care of and a happy customer.

I had such a favorable experience at the NTB location on 14107 Inwood Rd. Shane provided incredible customer service. He was so professional, courteous, and friendly. I went around 5:40 or so. Close to closing time but the man at the front desk helped me with no problem! I asked him to check a low tire for me since my light came on and it was visibly low. He checked the tire for damages and filled it with air. Very helpful and kind! Will definitely return!

Lauren, Shane and the Service Techs did a great job repairing my tire. Really appreciated their honesty. Had a screw in the tread of one tire. Patched it and now I can get another couple thousand more miles before coming back to replace all four tires. Great service and communication.

Lauren and Aubrey were awesome. I went in for battery replacement, and my car was ready in a very timely manner. Aubrey was transparent and helpful about what to expect. Lauren was very helpful in figuring out the warranty rules for my old battery. Thanks to the team that worked on my car. They are a very efficient team overall.

These guys are the best. Went in the middle of a snowstorm when the other shops were closed. Super nice. Changed my wipers for free. Turns out, I didn’t even need a new tire. They hooked me up and they could’ve easily told me I needed a new tire and I would’ve bought unnecessarily. Thank so much!!

Got a flat tire 2 days before Christmas 🫠They were really great, Aubrey/Lauren got me in an out really quick. I was able to come up without an appointment and it didn't cost an arm and leg to get the tire fixed. I really appreciated them helping me out on such short notice

I called in a panic at about 40 minutes before closing with a faulty valve stem the night before I was set to leave on a road trip. Even that close to closing, Dustin told me to come in, and reassured me that he would be able to help. Within 2 minutes of arriving, my car was pulled into the service bay. The issue was quickly fixed, and I was back on my way. Super thankful for the quick friendly assistance!

I had a solid experience here. I rushed in close to closing time, worried because I needed my car tire patched before a long drive. They were kind enough to take me in. Afterward, I mixed up the information a few times when explaining the situation, but they quickly got the tire patched. I’m grateful for their convenience and great customer care. I had an exceptional experience at NTB! Aubrey and Duston went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was taken care of. From the moment I walked in, they both provided top-notch customer service, explaining my options clearly and answering all my questions and made sure that I was at ease. I consider my car, my baby, and I that I did not want my rim scratched. They kept in contact with me throughout the entire process and explain to me all of the risk, but I am extremely happy to report that they did an amazing job and my rims are in the same condition as when I brought it in just with new tires on them. Their professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail truly set them apart. I actually own an automotive repair shop close to NTB (but I don’t work on tires) So I always highly recommend my customers to NTB for all of their tire needs. Thank you, Aubrey and Duston, for your outstanding work!

I was very pleased with my service during my visit. I had a flat tire on the tollway that morning and needed a tire immediately. The store had my tire in stock, honored the warranty from my previously purchased tire, worked quickly to replace my tire, and kept me informed the whole time. Truly wonderful service; I went in for an oil change and ending up replacing two worn out tires as well. I never felt like they were trying to upsell me something I didn’t need and they were super respectful of my time.
