** INSPECTION DONE IN NO TIME!! ** I called to verify that they had an inspector available; the phone was answered quickly and professionally. I was told there was a person available, so I headed over. I arrived about 10 minutes later around 5:30pm. Aldo greeted me, got me checked in, and had someone on the inspection right away. hey had me in and out in about 10-15 minutes. The various statements that came through the lobby were very polite and friendly. The lobby was clean. I would highly recommend this NTB location.

After having a few issues with my tires I headed into your location to have my problems lessened. Then after consulting with your staff I reconsidered the bandaid and got the problems fixed. I would describe my experience with the crew as friendly professional and courteous! I will definitely be back.

This is the only location I go to for car services! Everyone is welcoming and they go above and beyond to explain the exact issue with my car. Don went out of his way to tighten my body ground that was causing a malfunction. I really appreciate him and the team for their hard work!

They were so nice and fast! I got a flat at my daughter’s basketball game and they stayed open for me and took care of everything. Also, because I had previously bought tires from them it was under warranty and free. Can’t recommend them enough!

I'm late for the review, but I can not stop thinking about the Excellent Service I received from this location!!! Both Managers at this location helped me in my time of need! Service was Fast, Convenient and Precise. I had a bad battery and it was located in a weird place making it difficult for me to solve the problem myself! Thanks NTB for having Managers with true knowledge about vehicles!!!
