Neil hooked me up with a great price match on Walmarts sale price on a great set of tires. They even sell road hazard coverage so I don't have to worry about that. Thanks Neil, you guys are the best! If buying from NTB, be sure to check their website for potential rebates for extra savings.

The service that was provided was exceptional and it only took about two minutes for them to change my tire. Roger and Greg always provide excellent service when I come in for car service. I will return and recommend the NTB.

I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation almost a week in advance. When I arrived, they said that they didn't have the oil or filter in stock, and the person at the front desk acted annoyed that I was even there at all. I asked if they could order the stuff and I could come back later, and the guy seemed even more annoyed, but he did order the stuff. After he told me the price ($110, which I've never paid before), He said I could try coming back in an hour to see if the stuff was there yet. I'm not going back. Customer service was clearly not a priority. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because I don't know how good their mechanics are and I'm giving them the benefit of a doubt. I couldn't get past the front desk. Maybe the guy was having a bad day, it happens, but he was so dismissive that I will not be going back.
