Amazing and quick service, employees, especially Rob, were very helpful and kind. They were the only shop to answer the phone and made availability to see me the same day. I had an amazing experience and this will be the ONLY car shop I go to in Columbus from now on.

I've been taking my cars to this location for more than 25 years and have always been highly satisfied with the staff and service. I took my car in today (1/20/25) because I heard a strange noise coming from the back wheel area after driving in the snow last night. Turns out it was just ice built up from driving in the snow and when it melted, the noise was gone. There are some unscrupulous shops that would have "found something wrong" just to make a buck, but not NTB. Jeff and Jacob spent 30 minutes going over my car, and didn't even charge a service fee for their time and effort. I highly recommend this place for auto service. They're honest, thorough and very polite.

I had a good experience at this NTB. They were able to patch my leak in a tire before driving long distance for Christmas. I was able to order and get a good deal on tires as well when calling in, $189 per tire when Costco had the same tires for almost $300 per tire... they were able to have it delivered and replaced for me here.

This store is such a waste of space. After having a great experience at the Lyra Driver location they were unable to help me and helped me find the next closes location that could they called the silver driver location and the man told the employee at the Lyra drive location he could get me in. After driving all the way to the silver driver location the man tells me it’s going to be a 3 HOUR WAIT !!! Why was that not told before I drove there. The staff was just standing around ( there was like 5 tech there) and no one was able to work on my car? That place is terrible.

We recieved great service here and will be returning! James has answered most of our calls and has been very friendly and helpful. Jacob has also been super helpful. Work is very thorough and when we were quoted for more work than we could afford at the time, they helped us prioritize to stay within budget. Highly recommend this location.

We were in a bind traveling home from visiting family in Ohio. Ended up we needed tires badly, on a Sunday. The crew took good care of our car and got us rolling, again. We felt very well treated. They included a couple coupons, too. Apparently, NTB was recently purchased by Mavis. I am not a fan of Mavis, so I hope that this NTB retains it's personal character in treating customers properly.

Jake is awesome! I had a tail light bulb that needed replaced and I was getting my oil changed at a quick lube place around the corner. The guys at the quick lube place could not figure out how to get the bulb replaced and sent me on my way. I called jake and he had me in and out in 15 minutes. Thanks Jake, you're awesome!!!
