Mr. Leroy and Chealtsy are absolutely awesome!! I was here from Georgia when my vehicle started having issues. Mr. Leroy diagnosed my vehicle correctly within minutes and did not try to take advantage of me because I was a woman! They were soo nice, courteous and knowledgeable! I had a fantastic experience here at NTB and I highly recommend you pay them a visit for all of your vehicles needs! My vehicle is fixed and I feel confident it was fixed accurately which gives me peace of mind when heading back home Georgia. I don’t usually leave reviews, but Mr. Leroy at NTB gave us an EXCELLENT service. From the first moment we walked in to the establishment, he was friendly, attentive, and kind. He was able to solve our issue with our Honda CRV in a timely matter and the team and equipment at hand is top notch. Offered refreshments and amazing customer service. My husband and I were incredibly satisfied! Come here if you have any problems with your car. I loved it!

I took my car to NTB at Clemson Road to get the oil changed. Chealtsy checked the tread on the tires and noticed and that the front tire had unusual wear. She asked the mechanic to check the car and found that the ball-bearings needed to be replaced. I am so thankful that Chealtsy took the time to investigate the problem because they found that a part was missing that they couldn't tell was missing until they did a thorough check. The car was fixed and now is running smoothly.
