We were traveling, went in probably at the worst time on a Wednesday. Staff was super busy, bays were full. Mike assured us he'd get us back on the road. Took less than an hour for a flat repair. They did the work in the parking lot considering no bay space. Great service!

A great THANK YOU TO MARCUS and the staff. Great front counter customer service . Marcus (on 2 occasions) definitely does a great job working with customers! During previous maintenance issues I had visited Mavis on Hardscrabble with terrible front counter customer service. I am so glad Mavis has opened on Two Notch Road.

Buyers beware. Had an appointment scheduled for 12:00 today, January 18, 2025, and still currently waiting on them to get my truck to put two tires on it. Why schedule an appointment if this company isn’t going to keep to it? I cannot recommend this company at all.

I came to NTB on Two Notch due to being highly recommended from another local business. I needed a front-end alignment, after a dealerships inability to complete after 3 tries. Every person in this business was so friendly and excited to have my business. These guys were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They not only were able to fix the problem, but did it in an incredibly fast time! The way I was treated from start to finish has ensured that I will definitely be a returning customer for automotive repair needs.

Mr. Leroy really help me today. His attitude was everything!! I was able to get fast service and great customer service at the same time. I walked out a happy customer today, thanks NTB! On Today’s visit Mr. Leroy really came through and help me on a decision buying tires. I’ve been back and forth all week trying to buy tires at other places. Mr. Leroy was the best! A very welcoming happy attitude to serve his community and also get us out and back to our day! The bathroom was stellar, absolutely lovely. Top notch service with smiles on their faces. They don't hesitate to make sure they have helped as much as possible. On today's visit Mr Leroy helped fix our battery issue in a flash. The entire staff made sure to check the car thoroughly and had us back on the road good as new! We truly appreciate NTB.

Dra and Mike got me right. They were a big blessing and went above and beyond expectations. They were very professional. I went in for a tie rod, alignment and tires. I ended up not needing all of that. They'll definitely get my return business.

Mr. Leroy, Marcus and Drake at the NTB were fabulous! I needed to have my truck serviced, they were very accommodating, courteous, and super helpful in making sure my truck was taken care of in a timely fashion. They took good care of me and had me back on the road in no time! Take your car to them. You won't be disappointed!

Mr. Mike and Marcus are a godsend. They helped assess the issue with my battery after being told at Autozone it was working fine (it was not), installed a new battery and got me on my way. They stayed after hours and I truly appreciated the kindness they showed me. Thank you thank you. Also Mr. Leroy has the best dad jokes to lighten the mood with car issues. There's a reason this place is always so busy. They take care of their clients!
