Thank you to the folks at NTB in Charlottesville on Rio Road! I believe the manager name was Adam but every associate that I spoke with was equally respectful professional and kind. NTB helped me on an early Sunday morning when I woke up with a flat tire…they quickly found the piece of metal that caused the issue and repaired the tire right away. Their speedy service allowed me to not miss a day of work and I am so grateful for that so I wanted to take time to write a review.

Staff were very professional and friendly. I came in at the end of the day and needed an emergency tire change and they did it without hesitation nor complaints. Very thankful they were so willing to assist me at the end of their busy day!

Awesome, knowledgeable, honest people; service is very detailed, thorough and fast. Best car service shop in town. Been coming here for a long time for any car needs (inspection, oil change, tire, repair, parts, etc.)

Went back to NBT on Rio rd and again they have not failed. From when I walked into the building I was greeted immediately. I had a tire rotation and it was done so quickly and efficiently. Im so happy Charlottesville still has a reputable mechanic and they treat you so well. Thanks so much TIM

Got a flat tire passing through. They took us right in and had us back on the road with a new tire in 45 mins. Great people here, took good care of us and got us back on our way. Recommend!

Had a great experience at NTB today! I did not know what it was hanging under my car, and they took it in, quickly secured the panel that had been dragging, all for a very reasonable price. Polite, efficient, put me at ease... Thank you NTB!

I visited twice for my tires and the staff couldn’t be more kind and helpful. Not only were they effective and communicative, which was really appreciated! But they’re also knowledgeable, and you can tell they enjoy what they do, which is necessary! I’ll definitely be revisiting soon :)

As usual I had a wonderful experience at NTB at Rio road....everyone was so polite and courteous and their prices are super.....I went to NTB on Rio Road earlier in the week and got an alignment for one of my cars, the store manager Page and his entire crew were awesome including Mary and Jordan. I want to say a big thank you to Adam for answering all my many car questions....thanks Adam again 😀.

I was very impressed with the customer service, patience and compassion the Rio Rd mgr exhibited with elderly customers while waiting for my vehicle to be worked on. I was also impressed that they were able to work me in for an emergency service when in Ch’ville from out of town. Thanks much!

Called this morning 9am got appointment for 11am got there spoke with Jordan was unsure about the tires I was about too purchase but after speaking with Jordan and she showed me tire tread of the tire I was sold everything was all good, Thanks Jordan for understanding and time.

I was originally driving to Palmyra for my car needs because I felt like they were the only reputable car shop around, but after an emergency tire situation one day and unable to get out there, I found NTB and haven't looked back. I now go to them for everything because they're fast, fair, affordable, and honest with a really friendly and helpful staff.

I was very unhappy with there service and customer service they provided. I went there for a tire balance and tire inspection, and i came back 3 days because my tire was flat after they gave me the green light saying everything was normal. If you want to go to a sketchy tire shop and feel like your about to get scammed every second, go here. But if not, steer clear from this place before you get a flat.
