I have had nothing but good experiences with this shop over the last 5 years. They are always honest and up front with the work being done. Example for an oil change, I had completely forget the last time it was changed, tried to drop it off for another change. They were honest in telling me that it wasn't needed yet. Any other shop would have not said a word. I would recommend this shop to others.

I had a fantastic experience at NTB after running over a screw in my brand-new tire. I showed up, and they took care of me right away. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient, getting my tire patched up quickly and without any hassle. They kept me updated throughout the process and made sure everything was done right. I really appreciated how they took the time to answer all my questions and offer advice on tire care. I left feeling confident in the quality of their work and will definitely return for any future tire needs. Highly recommend!

Wife got scammed for brakes and rotors. Told her $489 for from and back brakes and rotors then at checkout they changed it to $489 front $489 back and she didn't need rotors. Ladies take your man with you so they can't scam you. If I was there this wouldn't have happened.

Best service and best team! Mario and chip were super helpful and kind. 100% recommend. We were out of town and had a huge nail stuck in our tire before heading back to our home town. These guys were incredibly quick and efficient.!!
