My husband had a blow out on 459. Didn't know where to go. I found NTB on 280. Thank God!!!!! Nate was so helpfull!! Everyone was so nice and kind to me. Got me a new tire and on my way to rescue my husband. They did a great job and had the best service ever (fast). Thank you again everyone!!! Saved my life!!!

I came in because of a bad tire leak and discovered it couldn’t be fixed because of the bad wear. Adam and his crew were awesome and fixed us up with the right tire at a great price! And we discovered that they give veterans a discount!! Everyone was so friendly and very knowledgeable! I will definitely come here with future tire needs!!

Had a wonderful experience at a the Hwy 280 NTB store in Birmingham Friday 12/27/24. Had a tire to fail on my boat trailer returning from Lake Martin. Adam put down my spare trailer tire in the rain without a long wait. Adam was very nice and accommodating making our visit a pleasant experience. Highly recommend, thanks Adam.

I can't say enough good about this NTB location. Adam was extremely helpful and organized my tire repair late on a Friday afternoon when other locations were already booked and couldn't get to me. Braxton got me set up and taken care of quickly. Brooks expertly repaired my expensive tire saving me about $400.00. Thanks guys! You're greatly appreciated.

I cannot believe the great service I had yesterday. I was traveling from Huntsville to Birmingham to bring my daughter a car and I was worried about one of my tires being low and possibly needed a patch or plug. I was there at 4:00 and they could not get me in but ADAM insisted that he check my tires for safe travel. He stopped what he was doing just to help. That service is unheard of these days. He and that store have my business going forward.

I usually go to the NTB in Homewood, but it is permanently closed. So I found my way over to the NTB on 280. Adam greeted me with a smile and asked if I wanted anything to drink. He was very professional and timely. He found the closest tire to match my other tires. As I just needed one tire. I told him I would be bringing my son here tomorrow for break work. So pleasant to see NTB with friendly faces. Always a pleasure. Update: I did bring my son’s 08 civic in because I wanted to make sure it was safe for him to go to college next year. I was greeted by Braxton and I asked for Adam. But he was quick to ask what I was needed. I explained the tires needed rotated and my son was complaining about his brakes. Well, upon looking at the tires, Drew and Braxton suggested 3 new tires. They showed me the tread was in the red. The tire I bought a year ago was fine. The found three tires to match. The inspected the brakes and said they were fine, and showed me how much life left on them. Adam suggested bread fluid. And sure enough it was low on break fluid. So now my son’s car drives so much better and I put all my trust in NTB that they have our back. And FREE rotations if you buy your tires from them. Learned something new.

The wonderful crew at NTB 280 took care of me today (Sunday 12/22/24). They patched a tire for me very quickly! Got my car straight back in the shop as soon as I pulled in! Service was better than Chick fil a! I will be coming back to them soon for 4 new tires.
