I had an unexpected flat tire on my way to an important meeting and rushed to NTB, hoping they could help me out at the last minute. I was beyond impressed with the speed and professionalism of the team! From the moment I arrived, the staff quickly assessed the damage and assured me they could get the job done right away. They fixed the puncture in no time and even made sure to rebalance my tire before sending me on my way. The whole process was smooth, and I was back on the road in less than 30 minutes. Plus, they explained everything clearly and made sure I was satisfied with the repair. The customer service was top-notch, and they really saved me from a stressful situation. NTB is top tier when it comes to taking care of my car. The staff is amazing and the service is exceptional. I have been coming here for years and I’ve never had one issue ever. April is one of the best STORE managers that is willing to help with any issues. Jackson is awesome, no one else can touch my car but him as it’s never an issue when I need something checked or looked at. He has kept my car running smoothly. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else but here.

When services was done I did a walk around my car. I notice my right rim was scratch. Before service I did a walk around and my right rim wasn’t scratch. One of the team members scratch the outside of my right rim doing the breaks 😡 When I told the guy and replied saying that’s not no fresh scratch and it was like that before service. My rim wasn’t scratch before service. I want be going back to this location Make sure you take a picture of your car and rims before services start

April, Jackson, and the rest of the crew take good care of their customers and their cars. They keep you updated on the status of your car and inform you of any issues that they find. Great service. They don't try to over sell you things your car does not need. Will continue to bring my car here.

Earlier this morning, I got up to go fishing and found that my 5 year old car battery was dead. I jump started my car and headed over to NTB, and within 30 minutes they swapped out my battery and I was good to go! I highly recommend this location.

Had my one of my tires patched up. Service was quick and Nathan was helpful. Flat repair also came with balancing. Came in for a tire patch only to find out that there were two nails next to each other, making it irreparable. Got a new tire instead. Costumer service was great. 12/17

I went to this shop to get a tire and battery replaced. I mentioned that the dealer was the one who recommended a new battery. They said my current battery was low. NTB did a battery diagnostic and told me I do not need to replace my battery. They told me my battery was in perfect conditionI. THEY SAVED me $259!!! This was such an WONDERFUL experience. They are HONEST, their prices are good and again they are honest. That’s worth it weight in gold. I highly recommend this shop.i ended up only needing a tire. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

My experience at NTB was excellent. They had the battery I needed when I arrived at the service center. They informed me of the condition of the battery and when the work was completed, the service technician made sure that the engine light that was on, was on because of the battery issue and not a malfunction of my engine. I highly recommend this NTB off of Howard Lane and I-35 in Austin!

Update: I've now been a customer at this NTB for almost 7 years and the service, quality of work, and care for customers continues to be unmatched. Once again I must compliment this location. April is the best! She will hunt down parts. She will go the 2nd mile to get the correct work done. She treats her employees well and they all seem very happy to be working there. And she never overcharges! I would not take my cars anywhere else. Recommended.
