I was at NTB over an unexpected flat tire. I had the tire replaced with the spare and stopped by NTB to get the original repaired. I had the pleasure of working with Gabriel and Kam. They explained everything in clear terms, recommending I replace my "vintage" 14 year-old spare tire. We found a new one that was moderately priced; they repaired the damaged tire and informed me it still had some life in it but I should consider replacing it before the summer heat. Both gentlemen were knowledgeable and professional. And they made a very long day enjoyable with conversation and a very good sense of humor during a stressful incident. I've had good luck at NTB in the past; Kam and Gab are part of a solid team.

After hitting a curb obliquely, with an appointment, came in to have it checked and to get an alignment if needed. After two hours and no communication, was told I owed about $100 for the alignment. I asked for a printout of the alignment (which shows before and after, and they would not provide as “our printer is down”. Given recent reviews, I have no idea whether the alignment was really needed or not. They have really gone downhill the past few years. I won’t be back here again, and I was a customer from the day they opened.

Had the best customer service experience at this store. I use to only go when they offered discount coupons. Will now continue to go for the excellent customer service provided by the manager Caleup. He was very attentive and thorough in his explanations.

Made the appt online and came in on time. Great service and was quoted 2 hrs but they finished in 1. Prices were fair and staff was helpful and personable. Definitely will be back for other services if needed.

Terrible experience and super sketchy location. Called the number because I needed 4 new tires for my car. A lady named Linda answered and she was so GREAT. She was so helpful and explained everything thoroughly and that she was apart of the customer service and didn’t work in the store but could order the tires for me. When I asked about financing options she told me about “flex shopper” and how easy it is. I gave a 25$ deposit over the phone to order my 4 new tires. When I went into the location to have the tires done, they told me that flex shopper was too complicated and i had to go home and do it myself and that it was also too late to do the tires anyways (they closed in 2 hours and had no cars there). So I went back the next day after applying for flex shopper at home and the manager was so rude. Kept saying how complicated flex shopper was and he was not helpful at all. By this point I decided I didn’t want to do business because of how shady they were so I asked for my deposit back and he said I can’t do that because it’s Sunday. I said aren’t you the manager? And then he gave me my deposit back. I asked for a receipt and he said “you don’t need that”. Very unprofessional and will never go back.

HELL TO THE NO! SHADY CHARACTERS! Saturday morning 11am and no customers was the first sign. All bay doors open and nothing inside. Tire shop down the road completely packed. Came in for a flat and they wouldn't fix it. Said to close to side wall. Screw was like 3 inches from center is not side wall. I WAS YOUR ONLY CUSTOMER!!!!!!!

I have always had good experiences here in the past, but after today I will never be back to this location. I made an appointment for a free battery check because I got an OnStar alert. I assumed this meant they would check my battery, let me know the condition of it, and then provide me a quote for a new battery if needed. But after sitting in the waiting room for over an hour without anyone saying a word to me, I was then informed that my car was almost ready and that they were just putting the new battery in. New battery?! I never authorized them to replace my battery. They never told me what was wrong with the old one, which is only 2 years old by the way. I asked him how much the new one would cost and he nonchalantly said “$250.” ABSOLUTELY NOT. How are you going to assume I want to purchase a $250 product without even asking me?! Horrible customer service. It took them another 20 minutes after that to give me my keys back so I assume they had put the battery in and had to remove it. Almost 2 hours of my life I’ll never get back.

Staff was very helpful and efficient. The online system misidentified which tire size I needed, so it ended up costing me more than online quote but otherwise worked well.
