I needed to get my tire repaired. I went on-line and was able to get an appointment the next day. The person who greeted me was so nice and helpful. They were able to get me fixed quickly and gave a few additional tips to help maintain my vehicle.

I woke up to a dead battery and after getting a jump from my neighbor, I went to NTB Alton on Homer Adam’s Pkwy. Richard and Charles couldn’t have been nicer, more helpful and professional, and knowledgeable on the exact battery I needed for my car. I was in and out in 45 minutes!! Outstanding customer service is still alive and well at NTB Alton. And their repair shop techs are a great bunch of guys as well. In the past, I’ve pulled in to air up my tires and one of the techs always insists to do it for me. I love this place! My sincere thanks to Richard, Charles, and their staff!! I resoundingly recommend taking your tire and battery need to NTB Alton. You won’t be disappointed!

MY husband worked for over an hour trying to manually mount a tire on our log splitter wheel. We stopped by NTB to see if they could mount the tire for us. The guys mounted the tire quickly and we were on our way. Thank you NTB!

This was my first time and I had an amazing experience! They answered all of my questions, got me in the same day, and I was finished in just a hour. This shop is conveniently located next to a nice strip mall where I spent my house shopping instead of waiting. Customer service was also amazing. The guys there are very knowledgeable and nice! Thank you guys! I will be back.

This was my first time at NTB i. Alton and the staff and service were great!! I took my vehicle in for a new round of tires and alignment. They were very thorough and Charles was great to work with! After I was done and left I had a tire fault sensor come on and instantly called them. Charles said to bring it back and they got me right in and my technician Phil was very knowledgeable and after removing the tire knew what the problem was right away and fixed it immediately. I will definitely be giving them my business from here on out. I highly recommend!

We had a large trailer tire with a broken valve stem. It was a Saturday and we were leaving on a trip Sunday. We searched for a place that was open, and found NTB in Alton about 45 minutes away. We were not sure they could help with the large tire. When my husband arrived, they were very courteous and were able to get to it within 20 minutes. They replaced the stem and sent him on his way. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. They saved us a couple day delay for our trip. They have a customer for life.

NTB is my go too for any tire issues! I have a bad track record when it comes to needing my tires patched or plugged. NTB is always helpful and quick to assist with any issue I bring their way! I am grateful to have an auto shop near by for all my mishaps! If I could give more than five stars, I would! Til next time, thank you!!
