I called at 9 am to see if they could take a look at my car. I partially already knew the problem which helped with the timing, but he had it fixed and working by 9:30 am. The pricing was fair and great. He did all the work while I was standing right there and showed me everything that was wrong. He also told me future things to look out for that he just noticed as he was working and what to do if something were to happen/to maintain the car. There were also two very nice women at the shop who were crocheting, and I got to buy a valentine's bag they had made with candy in it. I've been looking for a good mechanic ever since I moved to Knoxville/Maryville in 2018 and am used to mom and pop shops, so this place was a great find.

They were very helpful and prices were fair. Mechanic and staff friendly and knowledgeable. I will continue to go to this auto shop in the future. They don't do auto body work and accept cash only for payment.

🏆Norwood, Nick and Holly are great customer friendly folks. Highly professional, expert all-around knowledge, diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired the issue in two shakes of a lamb's tail. Worked to get me the best price. Smitty's shop next door is a winner, also! 🏆

This is a Christian family owned mechanic shop. Everyone was really nice. I called a few shops and they had the best price to replace my transmission. I will keep going to them for all my car repairs in the future.
