Pop's the best. I had a breakdown and had to get to the nearest shop, which was NP Auto (aka Pop's). He was knowledgeable, honest, kind, and reasonably priced. And he continued to be all those things as we took our vehicles to him over the years. Sadly, we moved out of the area, and not able to use Pop any more. Wish all mechanics were like him.

We've been going to Pop for 15 years now. If there is one word I would use to describe him is that he is "honest." He will fix what is truly needed, not what the stealership says you need. And the work is always problem free and reasonably priced. What has worked best for me is to schedule with him in advance and be prepared to drop your car off for the day (or work out with him whether he can do a quick enough turnaround such that you can wait).

I can't say enough good things about this place. Family run, honest as can be. They saved me over 2k dollars compared to the quote I received somewhere else to fix my AC. They saved me hundreds on a second car two weeks later. Both had been taken to other mechanics prior and were too costly to fix, NP auto diagnosed the REAL issues and fixed them for so much less and explained every thing they did to find the issues. My family only drives used vehicles and I am thankful I found NP AUTO! They are busy but if you can make an appt and leave your vehicle it's worth it! I have used numerous other shops in Edmond over the last couple decades quite a bit and for a wide range of issues, NP AUTO def my only go to now.

Pop is amazing! I called today overwhelmed because my wife’s car was down and I needed it towed to have him look at it! He said no problem. He was already really back up but he still said yes! He did an amazing job and had the car out the same day! If you are ever looking for a mechanic please go see Pop at NP Auto Services. He is honest and will always be fair on pricing! Very very grateful for this man and for NP Auto Service!

Best place in OK to get your car fixed. He is very very very great. He is honest and knows what he is doing. He can fix AC, wiring or putting on parts. He fixes what is wrong and does not chase ghost and charge more. He is so good at repair he can do the job faster then most places.

Pop is top notch! We have several cars in our household and he has repaired them all in a timely manner, at a fair price. I started going to NP Auto 5 years ago, after Nissan Tried to charge me 4000 for a oil leak repair, Pop's fixed my car and it only cost 400 dollars. Pops always walks you through repairs and cost before he does them. My only regret is I didn't start taking my cars to him 10 years ago.

Don’t bring your car to his man, his name is Paul, he is a rip off. He charged me $850.00 for labor on a car that he had for over 4 months. Skipped my car to work on other cars, denied me from purchasing my own parts, because he wanted me to pay for his overpriced parts. When i refused to pay for his services he denied me from getting car back unless I paid for labor that he over charged me for, the total cost for the car to fix was $2,000, he declined me to pay with my credit card, I had to call the police so I can make a credit payment. When the authorities were involved, then I was able to pay with my credit card.

Great service and terrific communication. I was told what was being done and why it was being done. Immensely friendly, and honest service. It is never cheap getting a car fixed, but I felt the price was very reasonable.

Pop worked Friday and Saturday to repair my Nissan Frontier. It was completely inoperable. He quickly diagnosed the problem and immediately went to work completing the job by Saturday afternoon. Pin takes pride in his work and saved me time and money that I would have spent at a corporate shop. Pop is a poor man’s treasure.

Informed honesty, genuine care for the customer, and skilled and experienced hands. These are the qualities that a mechanic ought to have. Yet this is the only man that I know can be described with all three. A good mechanic is pretty much impossible to find these days. But look no further. Pop will go above and beyond to make sure that your car gets the most miles possible. I will never take my car to another mechanic.

There's a reason Pop has a straight and clean 5 star rating. His incredible mechanic knowledge and thorough explanation of repairs as well as the parts he saves and shows you is incredible. Even though friends have experience with Pop, when he suggested several expensive sounding things that needed to be done, along with the difficulty of figuring out how to avoid replacing my axles for the differential leaks I had (stated by the dealership who originally noticed it), I thought for sure I was going to be seeing a $4,000 - $5,000 bill. Not even close. Pop's helpful and knowledgable explanations provide so much more of a learning experience and reasoning than the regular "Your car is done, here's your total" you'll get elsewhere. On top of that, he has to be the most friendly and personable mechanic, at least that I've ever met. He kept apologizing for how long it took him to get everything done. I had nothing but understanding and appreciation for all the research and hard work he did, on top of the insanely great price that included everything + his labor. I have no reason to go back to the dealership. Ever. Pop makes you feel like a best friend or even family. If you have a problem with your vehicle, or think the dealership might be trying to take you for a ride, call Pop. The only ride you'll be taken for is by your car after he works his magic!

Could not recommend highly enough. We had a problem with our minivan, and he opened up the shop even though he was closed, diagnosed the problem, and told us where we could go to fix it, and would not take any money for his troubles.
