I would recommend them to anyone. My car broke down on me over 100 miles from home at 9pm. Where do you find a mechanic at this time in a city far away from home? I would recommend if you're in the san diego area. These guys not only fixed my car but did it in a timely manner and I'm ready to go about my day in the morning with no worries. Once again I highly recommend and these guys know what they're talking about. Thank you so much.

My car wasn't starting, and I knew it was an issue with the battery. No foul business and straight to the point, I had the battery charged, and was offered it to be replaced at a low cost! Customer service is available for long stretches of the day and night, and they answer you quick! Highly recommend

We had an appointment with a different company that canceled on us for ludicrous reasons. We gave NOVO a call and let them know the situation with my vehicle, which was bolt issue with a motor mount I couldn't get break free. Steve asked how soon we were looking for someone to come out and I had said this evening if possible to which he replied no problem. The technician that came out, Jahi, was an excellent representative for the company. He did his job well and was a pleasure to speak with. He was able to resolve my issue and replace the mount while he was there. His customer service skills were also top notch! I would highly recommend this company for anyone in need of the services they offer!

Steve was very formal and quick to respond. Actually first spoke with him around almost midnight after breaking down off the highway. The guys at NOVO were great! They got us out of a bind when our car battery went out the night before going out of town. They came and did a mobile battery replacement and were quick, neat, and highly skilled. They were nice and great to talk to as well as they answered all my questions. Yes, I get this a 5 star review. Because honestly, this company was transparent courteous. Understanding The mechanic that actually did the work. Was good at what he does? He explained things to me when I had the questions and needed the answers the price. Was very good, would highly recommend them for another job on my truck? This is the Amazon for mechanics. My car would not start. I called Novo Repairs and Steve sent a mechanic as soon as it was possible. The mechanic diagnosed the problem, and he bought the parts needed. it was so efficiently done. With a car's normal wear and tear, it is good to know that this service is available.
