Drove 7.5hrs to buy a vehicle from area. My TSX tried to get out of making the trip back by having transmission problems. These guys were kind enough to plug into car and tell me the trouble code to get a part. Then, they offered tools, a hoist, kind words, and some zip ties to help get us back on the road. All on a Saturday! 10/5 stars!!

After having my mom's 2000 Mercury Sable misdiagnosed and overcharged by several other places, I was told about Novacek Automotive. These guys absolutely found the problem and fixed it, without charging a fortune. I trusted them so much, that I have subsequently taken it back for more work to be done and will continue to use them in the future. Thanks for all your help guys! DT

Purchased a used vehicle almost a year ago from a well known car company off west Kellogg. This last month started having what I thought was transmission issues, last Friday took back to said company for diagnostics. This week was told needed a whole new engine, not covered to the tune of $9000.00 I freaked!!!!!! Took it to Novacek Automotive, and the true diagnosis was just needed spark plugs and ignition coils... I'm truly thankful for an honest person, thank you Joe, and your crew for fixing us.

Had my 2 rear shocks replaced here. They didn't fully tighten a carriage bolt when they finished which caused a weird noise. It cost me $600 at 2 other places to figure out and correct the issue AFTER bringing it back to Novacek's a second time. I thought I was saving money because I was quoted $200 less here. Now I know why.

Jo was able to quickly diagnose my car and refer me to someone who could help. Ultimately, the repairs to the transmission were much more than the car was worth so I traded it in. But when my husbands car broke down this week, Jo was able to take it in. He diagnosed it and started working on it really quickly.

Took my 67 Cougar to Novacek Automotive for a front end alignment. Most shops these days don't want anything to do with old cars. I had installed all new front end parts including coil over front shocks. Car sat low and rubbed over every bump and almost every turn. Joe and his team did an outstanding job getting things lined up, driving straight and no rubbing. 🙂 Shout to Farrell and Rusty for working theit butts off! I have driven all the way across Wichita to have Novachek repair my trucks. I have been going to them for 8 years. They have had opportunity to sell me more repairs than I need - such as when I ask them to check my brakes and they have never said my brakes needed repair - so I trust them.

They are very courteous and friendly. They are very affordable and back-up their work! They also went out of their way to get me to my car rental place when I thought a friend was going to help me out, and it wasn't even in their neighborhood. They go above and beyond, and I highly recommend them.

They have serviced my vehicles for years. I keep going back because they do excellent work at a fair price, and they are honest. I needed an oil change and asked them to check my brakes and replace if needed. A disreputable shop could have changed them even if it wasn’t needed. Joe and techs are straight shooters that said I don’t need it at this time. Honesty! I highly recommend this shop.
