Horrible experience ever , worst service customer ever , they take advantage cause they see you are a female. Please don’t come here to get anything done , you will regret it ! They do shady stuff and try to milk you for your money , don’t waste your time coming here.

I don’t leave reviews but this company deserves it. I have been to this location multiple times in my old 2006 Toyota and I was always overcharged a plug usually 5$ they would charge me 8$. That wasn’t a problem until recently I went in my 2018 Chrysler sport. First interaction was the owner being upset with me because I only needed a plug. He started cursing me out in Spanish to his workers then proceeds to tell me I need something else that’s more expensive. I know I don’t need that so I say no and he tries to pressure me into doing it. I get uncomfortable and say I don’t know start texting my wife I’m leaving. They owner then get upset cause I didn’t just do what he said so he started yelling and said “ ok you want it fine” then starts aggressively shoving the plug in my tire all angry and upset. I go to pay and he said 10$ I looked a little confused but wanted to leave so I was about to pay and thinking about tipping on his cash app. But he looks at me and saids what you can’t pay 10$ very disrespectfully. I was so tired I just got off at 7am I waited for this specific one to open and I just had a new born a few days ago. I couldn’t believe the way I was treated by my fellow Hispanic people I know Spanish words because I have friends and family that teach me. Moral is if your black with a nice car with shiny paint and white seats the owner is going to try to suck the money out of you if he can’t then he gets mad and saids that your broke for not letting him scam you. Had to leave this cause I was too tired to respond to his no sense.

Zero estrellas para este lugar , no vallan aqui ellos solo lo que quieren hacer es sacarle el dinero a la gente, ellos son unos estafadores le hacen hoyos en la llanta y tratan de decir que eso ya estaba alli y lo hacen en la area donde ya no se puede parchar para que le compres una llanta nueva. No vallan aqui , les sale mejor ir a discount tire aunque les sale mas pero saben lo que hacen y son profesionales !

I haven't been able to easily find my tire size but Norvick had it. I was able to purchase 4 used Goodyear tires in great condition.

This place used to be ok until the owner started over charging and one morning I went there while it was raining and he tried to upsell me on letting him look at my car for a 35.00 fee after I told him I already had a mechanic and only needed him to look at my tires.. I had been going here for years until he did that I will never be returning here especially after he didn’t listen to me it took for another man to stand up for me while there for him to see that he was not going to get over on me. After he replaced just the tire that I originally asked him to look at which happened to be the real issue with my vehicle I paid 60.00 for one tire and left but promised he would not get another cent from me, because I felt like he was trying to take advantage of the fact that I am a woman. He will only get two stars because up until that incident , it was ok .I understand that it was raining and maybe business was slow because it had been raining all week but seriously trying to take advantage of a situation is not kind at all.
