I came to northwest Houston auto repair and they took great care of me, needed new front brake pads and rotors and they did an excellent job, great customer service and very knowledgeable. I appreciate them taking care of my needs, definitely would come back to get future work done.

had both my car and my moms car sent here and had amazing service. i was in an accident and my front end came off and Jim was able to fix everything perfectly for a good price. Even when my passenger window got shattered due to a break in he was able to help me out and fix it for me. He did a flawless job and even cleaned my car out for free. My mother’s car had a couple problems too with her engine and her brakes and Jim was just fantastic. He accommodated my mother by giving her time to pay and create payments when she wasn’t able to afford the full service. This place is a wonderful place with wonderful people. If you’re having problems with your car, do come here for great service, kindness, and warmness. Me and my mother are both so grateful.

Brought my car here for electrical issues. They were able to check it out same day and called saying it was my alternator. Cost of replacement and labor was to be $900. I called around a few other places all saying that was high. I called back asking for confirmation that they knew that was the issue. They said they use a computer to take out the guess work. I had to pay the $140 diagnostics fee since I didn’t use their service which was stated before hand, but a bit steep in my opinion. I went to another mechanic who performed the alternator test in front of me showing a steady 14.2 volts, then he did my battery showing low (sub 10 I believe). It was a simply a new battery to fix the issue. Will not return here, nor would i recommend to others.

I have been here twice now and have had positive experiences both times. The staff I interacted with have been friendly and helpful. They had a pretty fast turn around on servicing my car and plugged a leak in my tire for free. I would recommend them and will likely continue using them for as long as I am in the area.

Get a second opinion before you allow them to fix your vehicle. The work is great. My car run great. However make sure that you need what they say. Don't just take their word for it.

I was extremely pleased with the incredible customer service, promptness & cost of my car battery and installation on my Benz! I also got a 3 year warranty which was a huge plus! I highly recommend coming here before going to your dealership. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I've used them twice now this past month, and they are amazing. I can rely on them to drop off my vehicle and get the job done. They replaced all my brakes,rotors, and front calipers. Then redid my struts in the vehicle as well. They have amazing communication and amazing patience for how busy I am. I'm so grateful that I ran into a nearby buisness with such great reliability

Jim and his guys always do a great job. This was my third time coming in for glass replacement in the past 4 years. The job was done well and timely. I will continue to bring my vehicle in for any repairs or replacement needed in the future. Highly recommend.

They don’t provide wheel alignment paper, you have to let them know before them touching your car (they said it’s a waste of paper for them printing them out)

I came here previously to get my windshield repaired. Today, I randomly dropped my card between my door (in the window opening) and rushed here. They were closing and rushed to get in! They got my door open and my card on record time! I recommend!

Jim runs a very professional and honest shop. He won't try to up-charge you for extra work you don't need. I get my car inspected here yearly, and have had quite a bit of repair work done - always for a fair price.

This experience with Jem was pretty excellent I love how he took care of me and I definitely will be coming back. He fixed my brakes probably and he saved me 2200$ on a whole new brake caliper and which was very much needed I will definitely be coming back to this shop

Went there for a state inspection on a car I've owned for 8 years. The widows are tinted and haven't failed an instruction in 8 years. Supposedly my tint was 3% over the "limit" so they failed me on that. Went to another shop very close by and passed with no problems.
