I paid $75 to get my alignment checked out and was told I needed new bushings. I declined the service because it was $500 + $70 for the part, but called back asking for the part number to ensure it’s the correct part as my car is uncommon in the US. They can’t provide me the part number because they don’t know it. Granted, I did call back about a month later, but I wasn’t shown any effort from them to find the part, or even a call back saying them can’t. I was ready to get my car fixed :/. But my question is, if I initially agreed to get my vehicle fixed, how would they have fixed my vehicle if they don’t even know what they’re ordering? That seems a little strange to me.

I've had my ac diagnosed somewhere else and then brought it here for a 2nd opinion and Rico was very informative and helpful! They diagnosed it n had my ac working in a day! A few days later, it started blowing hot, took it back because I had a warranty, and they found the problem n corrected it right away. We also took my husband's truck here and they diagnosed his truck after several attempts from dealerships and other mechanics. Rico has always been helpful, honest n upfront about everything the min ypu walk in!

My husband runs his company Home Field Carriers, and assumed his wheel barring was off. We contacted these guys and they didn’t even charge to take a look. Any other mechanic shop wanted over 200$ just to look, they advised him it was his tire and didn’t ask for a fee, they did it all while they were closing up shop. That’s dedicated service. I appreciate your service, this review was well deserved.

So I go in to get some work done. They quote me an outrageous price. I decline the service. I begin to have someone else look at it but now the lug nuts are stripped on my tire. I call in and to let them know that hey maybe a mistake happened. The lady gets an attitude and tells me that they didn’t do it. Without even looking at it. Not even asking to bring it in to look at it. All this to say don’t take your car to these people. A cash grab shop.

NW Express Auto did a wonderful job with my car. I brought it in first thing Sunday morning and they had it fixed by the end of day. They were very communicative and transparent throughout the process and gave a great price. I would highly recommend this place, especially if you are in a bind.

They did a fantastic job on my vehicle. We’re very courteous and kind kept me updated on what was going on with my truck. They waited patiently well I got the money together to pay for my vehicle. They did an excellent job on my vehicle. I am very happy with this company and I would highly recommend this although repair shop to everyone. Don't waste your money they are not knowledgeable. They will have you coming in there numerous times, and never accurately fixing the problem. I would only deal with a shops that are ASE certified techs and honest humans. There are many scammers in this industry.

I am very pleased with the professional and friendly service I received from Sara, Ms. Guadalupe, and Rico. They thoroughly explained the mechanical aspects that needed to be repaired on my car, and their attention and knowledge left me very satisfied. At all times, they showed me the parts that needed to be replaced and the new ones that were already installed. I highly recommend their services without a doubt.

It's been my go to shop for any car repairs. Great staff on hand. They really look out for you. I get it, that it's a business, and you have to make money. But I never feel like I got taken advantage of whenever I visit. I like the management. I'll continue to go there for any vehicle repairs.

Came for a state inspection & oil change. Quick easy & straight to the point had me out in less than hour. Jessica in the front & Rico who worked on my car are honest people, I had concerns on other issues but instead trying to upsell me they checked it out first & explained the issue & told me I didn’t need to do anythings. Gave me a heads up on my brake pads & estimate of when I should come back instead trying to pressure to do it right there & now. Also they did small favor on the car no extra charge. Fair price, great customer service & reliable will definitely be back for anything else I need.

Got alternator job done at north west auto care they done a good job putting it in was told Estimate time 4hrs end up taking 9hrs after getting home my fans stop working an A/C stop working and car was running hot Mechanic didn’t wanna admit he damaged anything went to another shop to get a diagnosed Check they fixed the problem cause me $275 to get a simple repair I recommend everyone to check everything on Vehicle before leaving because they will make you spend extra money on something they done wrong I’m never going back there again

My truck had a bad vibration coming from the rear tires. Rico along with his son looked for the problem and fixed it the same day. They had reasonable prices, excellent customer service and experienced mechanics. I will definitely be returning for future services.

This place is a jewel and definitely cheaper than the dealerships with the same quality of service. I have never been overcharged for a service because of my inexperience. My buddy Rico is the absolute best! He is very knowledgeable, his customer service is impeccable and he has never met a stranger. i’ve been coming for for almost half a year they have been fixing all my problems on my altima, from sensors to cat converters, i refuse to go to anybody else because they take care of you and keep you updated about your car in the timely manner they provided
