Completely honest people, and probably the best auto repair shop I’ve ever been to. The staff is awesome, tons of experience and they do quality work. There’s nothing more you’d ever be able to hope for. I recommend all to come!

Everyone here is very nice, and they were able to diagnose and fix my problem very quickly. Instead of some places that would have taken what I thought was the problem and ran with it, Darryl instead took the time to diagnose the actual problem, which was much cheaper. Afterward, they even put the recommended other problems found without pressuring me to get them fixed immediately. By far the best mechanic shop I've been to here, and will be bringing my car back in the future. 6 stars. Also, Blaze is the best doggo and deserves all the pets and treats.

I started coming here when I noticed they were working on the same car as mine and years later they’re still my go to for anything. What says a lot about their business is their friendliness and honesty towards the work that needs to be done and memory of parts they previously installed and noticeable changes from other parts I had changed which shows their precise attention to detail. They’re quick, efficient, honest and have always gone out of their way for me and I would highly recommend them for any service you may need.

This place is awesome! I was having problems with my starter in my truck and this place closes at 4 and I got there at 3. I was nervous because I didn’t know if I would be able to get it taken care of same day but Rico got the job done for me. I am grateful and will definitely be using northwest auto center from now on!

Darryl and Karen are phenomenal! I have taken my vehicle other places but they are no match for all of their competitors. They tell you like it is with no ambiguity. Their team is honest and take care of your vehicle as if it was their own. The prices are fair for the amount of above and beyond labor they put into the job.

I am very selective and particular about where I take my vehicle, even for an oil change. The reviews for this business are stellar so had to give them a try. First time here and it was like visiting old friends. The warm welcome from Blaze, the detailed explanations from Daryl, the conversations with Karen. I usually do all my own mechanic work to my vehicle. Unless it's something I can't do. It was a pleasure bringing my vehicle to a great mechanic and getting honest quality work done. Nw auto has an amazing staff that went above and beyond taking care of my truck. They were even kind enough to listen to my stories. I would definitely bring any vehicle I owned back if I needed it serviced. Great job!

I heard a horrible/strange noise coming from my vehicle, so I looked up the shop closest to me and decided to give this shop a try. Once I got there, I was asked if I could leave my car, but due to me having work the following day, I couldn't. They were able to fit me in literally around closing time! I am so happy I came here, and I do not regret it! They have found a customer with me! I am forever grateful for how they fit me in the LAST minute!

Darryl & his team are the best. New to Houston from Florida, I decided to stop in randomly one day for a broken A/C. Not only did he make sure the AC was good, everything else included. It has been a few months now & I have not had one issue. Being new to the city, they welcomed me as family & have never led me in the wrong direction when it’s come to my transportation. If I had to bring my car from one side of the town to the other for him to fix it, he’s a call away. Thank you northwest auto center!!

Hands down the best auto shop I’ve ever been too , the best customer service with such a friendly atmosphere and never make you feel awkward for asking questions as they will throughly explain . The prices are fair and explained and they always call and confirm if you’d like to go that route. Will always bring my cars here from now on. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

After having trouble with my jeep and being misled by other mechanics I finally decided to come to Northwest’s auto center which was the BEST decision I’ve made the whole staff is amazing and so professional. After having my truck for a few hours the owner knew right away what my problem was. The pricing of this business is amazing. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this establishment!!

I took my car for decades to Northwest auto Darrell kept my car running for 311,000 miles until I was hit by a hit-and-run right by the cy creek high school. I know that car would’ve gone to 400,000 but they totaled it everything was original. All the main things like the air conditioner the transmission and the engine .It was a 1999 that I bought new.Everything was running fine original air transmission engine.Thank you northwest auto
