Our salesperson, Quentin was on top of our purchase (2025 F150) from the day we placed our order to the day he handed us our keys. We had a bump in the road when we had a service alert within in the 1st 100 miles, though he got us in for service and gave us a car to use while it was serviced.

My wife and I were in the market for an SUV due to our growing family. We were originally looking at a certified pre-owned Explorer which had a few issues we wanted resolved before purchasing (crack/scuff in bumper and wheel bearing humming). After discussing and negotiating with the salesman multiple times both over the phone and in person, we were told everything would be fixed and ready when we come and pick it up. We worked with them and waited patiently for over 2 weeks. The salesman told us the vehicle was ready and the requested repairs had been made so we drove the hour drive on the icy roads expecting to be driving home in a fresh set of wheels, only to walk up to the bumper still cracked and scuffed and the wheel bearing not fixed. When we walked into the dealership the salesman we were working with quickly greeted us and told us he let financing know we were there before walking away. I stopped him to ask if I could take it for another test drive and thankfully so, as that was how I discovered the wheel bearing hadn’t been fixed. I brought up these concerns with the salesman to which he invalidated any of our concerns and frustrations and told us “we were buying a used vehicle” as if those issues and the lack of transparency and communication we felt we received should be expected. At that point in time, I wasn’t happy with their standard of service and had concerns we couldn’t trust them. My family and I were about to walk out and never step foot in NorthStar ford again. However, due to the circumstances, a sales manager stepped in and made things right. From that point on, every staff member we worked with was great, from the sales manager, to financing, to the gentleman who walked us through the vehicles features and got us set up with them. They all put in the time and effort to ensure our experience turned around and we felt good about what we were getting. We ended up with a good vehicle for a fair price and the level of service and accommodation we got did a complete 180. I’m only leaving a 5 star review for this reason and I hope, and trust, that we will continue with this level of service based on how our experience turned out.

Service was done quickly was also texted to let me know my cabin filter needed changing and then when I went to get the vehicle they let me know I had a loose Ty rod which I was able to set up service for.

Went in for oil change and ended up needing additional parts. Service department was outstanding! The parts cost was much higher than I thought acceptable. Service department heard my concern and communicated with the parts department. We ended up receiving an appropriate refund on parts cost. Way to go service department!
