I received an initial estimate from him of $904 for my vehicle repairs, when dropping it off he said it may be a little bit more than that no more than $100. I agree to that back about $1100 I gave pushback stating he said no more than $100. He stated he can’t control with the cost is, I advised him he told me it was more than that. I left my vehicle with him then hang up in my ear do not do business with this company. They are crooks. The owner is Bill and he’s very unprofessional.

my mom had an accident with her car, and this was one of the only places that actually did something productive, and for a good price. even gave you a ride home!

I visited to get an estimate on a carbon fiber hood that was damaged in shipment. Bill was up front and honest with me, stood out in the rain with me to observe the damage. instead of being a salesman he told me the truth. The hood needs sent back. The people at the front desk were very friendly, especially the beautiful young woman who jumped up to assist me by hunting down Bill. If I ever have work that can actually be done, I will definitely come back here.

Not the fastest turn around in town, but what they do is done extremely well. This service is accompanied by a friendly, customer oriented staff. They truly "Care for their customers".

The WORST auto shop I have ever been to in my entire life. They had my car for FIVE months and just 12 days of having it the whole bottom of my car was already falling off. The pieces for my car that they redid and put on were not put on right and when addressed to the OWNER he told me, "They won't fall off though". They told me they would order me a new bottom since it was falling off so soon weeks ago. I haven't heard back from them at all. Very very very disappointed in their work and mannerism. They also somehow managed to CUT MY DASHBOARD!!!!!! How? Good question, because no one there could tell me either. The communication at this shop is so bad that you'd think they closed down for good. If you damage your car in any way.... Save yourself a headache and choose a different auto shop.

Northside Auto Body – I can honestly say I have never dealt with an auto body shop that spent that much time making my dream car looking that good I them brought 2001 Corvette that looked great from 10 feet away. It had some scratches and swirl marks in the clear coat all over the car. It was again a 20 years old car. They took their time not rushing as I asked of them to charge me extra if needed. It was that important to me. Was I AMAZED in how good it came out look like it was a show car. I was truly amazed at the quality of the work they did!!!! The shop is nothing fancy, no flashing neon signs or even a coffee maker. Theynp were just hard working friendly people who took pride in their work. Dealing with other body shops I know they would have been watching the clock counting the hours up to charge you overrun costs. This was not a insurance claim as all I wanted was a nicer car. Northside Auto Body was true to the estimate they wrote fulfilling a promise the made me with outstanding work. I highly recommend them to everybody as I never dreamed it would look that good. Thank you so much Bill and his team as I promise I will send referrals your as way as a big thanks. I wish I could have included a picture to show you.

Well I can't say anything their work, because I was told that they would order the part for my car and call me and I haven't heard a word since. It's been long enough. So I will go elsewhere. As far as customer service. Terrible.

Went in a few months ago to see about a paint job on my vehicle. Told me no that they do not do that anymore due to whatever reason. Just found out today my neighbor got a paint job from them 3 weeks ago in his vehicle. Is it because the color of my skin they said no?

I tried going up there to get a quote at 3pm and they said computer were down. (Understandable it happens) He Took my name, email, vin picture down and said he will follow up next day. Next day no call. I tried calling 3 times no answer again till about 330. I guess he miss placed my picture of vin number. Gave it to him again and he said he would follow up. Today is 4th business no follow up or quote. If u go here good luck to you...

Northside Collision is an approved vendor with State Farm. I’ve used them twice and both times I was extremely impressed with their service. They were efficient, professional and the customer service was outstanding. I’ll never go anywhere else.

Very disappointed. Bill the owner assisted me when I came in to have a jeep tailgate painted. A small job nothing big. This was on a Thursday. He informed me that it would take a week so I decided to leave it with him. He assured me he would call me as soon as it was ready to be picked up. A week went by and I did not hear from him so I decided to call that following Thursday a week later to find out if it was ready for pickup. I spoke with Diane and she said that she would check on it and call me right back. An hour and a half went by I did not hear from her so I called and she said that she got sidetracked and would go out in the shop and check right now. She came back and said that it was not ready so I told her that I would come by and pick it up. If Bill the owner could not have had my tailgate ready he should have told me it would take longer than a week and I could’ve chosen whether to leave it or not. He also chose not to call me at the beginning of the week to let me know that it would not be ready. Both he and Diane dropped the ball on this customer and service. I would never do business with this company again and we’re talking about a small job can you imagine What could happen with a big job.

I contacted them to discuss a rust treatment on my 2013 Chevrolet vehicle. Diane was very helpful at the desk to get the information needed for an appointment. They made an after-hours drop-off and pick-up which is not their normal routine available for us. Bill put the vehicle on the the lift and did a comprehensive inspection and included pictures that we requested. Put a 4 page document together that I was able to submit to the dealer where the purchase was made and renegotiate the sales price so the repairs could be completed. The document did show the dealer my grievance.. they did agree to an adjustment of original price. I highly recommend looking into using this company as they did conducted this transaction very professionally and exceeded my expectations.

Their quality can be very good but it seems you have to stay on them. The owner is very rude and you almost have to argue with him. I have had to raise my voice to be heard a few times. I want to do business with small locals but he makes it hard. His staff is nice. They did not listen to me on my last repair and it basically ended up costing me. UPDATE: I have lowered this to a 1 star. After finally being done I went back bc the clear isn't smooth in a small spot. I asked if he could buff the area to make the quality better. He told me it was a blend issue and he won't work on my truck anymore for free. Well, if you had done it all smooth to begin with I wouldn't be an issues. After multiple times going back and forth. I'll never go there again and recommend people to stay away.
