Don't waste your time with these guys. they can't even give you the simple price of some rims over the phone. they expect you to waste your time and go all the way down to their shop just to get a price. Oh and if you just want rims alone no tires or installation they don't wanna deal with you either..

The worst place. Watch the mechanics, you say one thing, they do another. I decided to change the left wheel, I told the manager more than once, they change the right one and good rubber. They don't even look that the rubber on the left side is bald. They work for speed, not quality. Also, when leaving the service, they have screws scattered. Be careful. I do not recommend this place.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I brought my vehicle here to get all four tires replaced and a balance and alignment. All of my original tires where bald. My tire pressure was fine, its just that the tread on the tires where very low and needed to be replaced. The front desk consultant had charged me $75 per tire. I had also requested a balance and alignment which came out to be $460 after tax and service fees. After they completed the services I had immediate low tire pressure in my front drivers-side wheel later that evening. I came back the next day and the front desk consultant had said the front drivers-side tire that they used to replace my old one with had a hole in it. The consultant says, they will replace it again for me no charge. They replaced it, then two days later I had low tire AGAIN! I went back to the shop that weekend (3 days later) and they said that my front drivers side rim is cracked! Which doesn't make any sense because it wasn't cracked when I brought it to them the 1st or 2nd time. They preceded to claim that I ran over a pot hole and said that I caused the crack and mentioned a new rim would be another $500! ONCE AGAIN, DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE!!!!

Shop was great, James, Tim and Casey were the best. New wheels, tires, leveling kit, nerf bars and they installed my diamondback bed cover! Will continue going to them for my truck work! Thanks guys!!

Northern Tire and Auto did a great job finding me a nice set of tires for my car. The price was the best in town. The staff was professional and courteous. This is the place to go get your new set of wheels and tires. Specially for my Military friends and family. Five stars for Northern Tire and Auto.

I couldn’t be happier with the quality of work and top notch customer service! James and his team did an incredible job on my truck. James did an excellent job walking me through the lift process and answered all my questions. He stayed in touch the whole time giving me updates on the work. He helped me pick the right set of tires and explained the benefits of each type of tire application for my truck. Their prices are reasonable and competitive. I highly recommend Northern Tire & Auto. They definitely earned a customer for life.
