I found these guys based on reviews and I was still more than impressed with their speed, quality, and price. I’ve worked in the automotive repair industry and I know I got lucky finding these guys. I don’t do reviews but I’ll make an exception this time.

Jeff and his crew at Northcoast Auto are fantastic!! I took my 2003 Toyota Camry in for a complete muffler system replacement with catalytic converter and for a grinding sound from the back wheel. In less than 24 hours they fixed the rear caliper that was causing the grinding and even cleaned and rebuilt the other rear caliper that was poorly installed by another shop. Jeff said my car has 3 catalytic converters and one of the remaining 2 was shot. Instead of purchasing a new one, they rebuilt it, saving me close to $1000! Who does that?? They even checked my car's undercarriage and the other wheels for wear, and even checked and topped off my fluids! All of this for less than $1600. Northcoast Auto is our new mechanic from here on out. Thanks Jeff and Pat!
