I always come here to get my yearly car inspection. Fast and kind. In and out in about 15 minutes. My husband has also had work done on his vehicle. Again, fast and efficient. These guys are professional and their work is top notch.

I go there to get my car inspected, was waved forward after to have it inspected I even spoke to an employee who I told was there for inspection and he sees my car and still waves me forward while I’m waiting I was approached by a customer asking what I was doing there I’m not sure if he works there or what he had on casual clothes but anyways then the main boss after speaking to this mysterious gentleman told me car won’t pass inspection when I ask why she basically blows up like a psychotic person because I can’t understand her for one and two she’s having to repeat herself this is the same place who put a faulty oil filter on my car causing it to leak oil and if it didn’t catch it in time I’d be screwed because of their negligence not only did they almost burn my engine up I came months ago to get a sideview mirror put on the mechanic I think the her son said it would take a couple hours because they have to take the door panel off and I should call a ride. I told him no it’s okay I’ll wait knowing it’s a simple job he gets kinda mad because I insisted on waiting lone and behold I stand up 15 minutes later and guess what it’s already on in less than 15 minutes but they charged me for two hours of labor!

I have been going here for almost 20 years. They have done oil changes on all of my cars through the years from Porsche to BMW to Lexus. They always do the right thing, go above and beyond. Hope to be coming for another 20 years.

I came here at the suggestion of my husband and because of reviews. I expected friendly service as stated by many but that wasn't the case initially. I was on the "wrong" side and nobody said anything until i got out of my car. When I walked up, there were men and they both looked away. I then asked them where to go for the oil change and they told me "come to this side," sternly as though I should've known. (There was no sign indicating what side to go to). I proceed, mainly because my husband told me I wouldn't have to pay much. I get off and it took them longer than I expected. I was there 40 plus minutes and because I was on the "wrong" side another customer was serviced first, despite being there 5 minutes before them. I waited, patiently, and when it was time to pay, that's when I was met with friendliness. Why? Because I was being charged $88 for an oil change. My husband paid less and has a bigger, new engine than mine. I was perplexed and proceeded to pay. I personally don't see how $88 is affordable so i disagree. In the end, it got done and we've decided not to return. We also don't recommend. 1. Be friendly both before and after the service. 2. The prices are outages and the service was slow.

I don’t often give 5 star reviews but this small shop deserves it. I’ve lived in the neighborhood for almost 5 years now and I’ve brought both my vehicles here every time I need something checked and/or fixed. They’re always upfront about costs and honest about if the repair will be worth it or not. Not the cheapest but if you prefer great quality and honest work, this is your place to try out.

I dropped off my car for an engine diagnostic and was asked to leave my contact info. I didn't get a call back for a few days, but when I recovered the car the battery had been removed out of the vehicle. When asked they told me they didn't know what happened. Bill suggested that thieves had snuck into his yard and taken it. The car showed no signs of being broken into (but may have been left unlocked by the mechanics). I asked Bill to review the CCTV tapes of the yard in which he was storing my car to see what happened, but he refused to review the footage. I asked Bill to provide a new battery, but he refused to take any responsibility or discuss further. Buyer beware, I guess.

Was in and out in under 2 hours.Git an oil change and diagnostic on my car.All was well and ill be ready to drive back to LA if needed.Brought great news to the beginning of my day.Sadly the rest might not go as well.Send prayers for my brother God bless all!

I brought my car in as there is a problem with the brake switch and further problems with the throttle or electrical system. I informed the older gentleman about these issues. A day later I called and they said they hadn’t gotten to the vehicle yet. I called the next day and the guy told me there was nothing wrong with the car. I went to pick my car up and the older gentleman proceeds to insult my intelligence by showing me how to turn the lights on and off. This is not the issue. I told the gentleman this was not the problem. They kept my car for two days and didn’t even bother trying to fix it. I took it to Knapps and they diagnosed a bad brake switch and are working on figuring out the other issues. Had good experiences with Northaven before, however after this lack of customer care and service I will be hard pressed to return.

I’ve been going here for many years to get my oil changed and get my car inspected. They always have you in and out within 10 minutes. Very reasonable prices too! I will continue to go here. ☺️
