Outstanding experience when our 2024 Outback needed service for shifting issues. We were very concerned given it's a brand new vehicle but they took it and kept it to do a full workup. Gave us a new loaner of the same model as our car so we weren't inconvenienced. Kept us in the loop throughout and were responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Can definitely recommend.

Excellent! Since our car is still under warranty, they replaced the battery and even washed the car! It was Free!! Great Service and Service Personnel!

Horrible experience! Had a flat tire and went in for a tire replacement on my brand new 2022 legacy which was a month old. I had subarus comprehensive tire replacement plan and my tire should've been replaced free of cost. First of all, the staff was not able to verify my plan and made me wait for 2 hours after which I went on a call with Subaru customer support to find out their system was down and they are not able to verify anything. This should've been notified to me earlier so that I could've paid for the new tire and got my reimbursement later. Instead the service dept said my tire plan was third party which clearly was wrong and they were not even able to notify me that Subarus system was down. I had to call subaru and do their job for them and finally paid the full cost and had my tire replaced after 4 hours. Definitely my worst experience!

Great deal on our car. Couple of times a year they have great parties for current owners. Well worth accepting the invite.
