When they say they fix everything, they mean it. I had the unfortunate luck of my driver's side window actuator dying followed by needing steering rack replacement in the same week. They got it all done AND when they forgot to call me with a status update I was given a generous discount to make it right. This is an honest, reliable, trustworthy shop. And they will go above and beyond to make it right if there's an issue. I'll be bringing back my car and recommending them.

Awesome customer service great experience with the team! Always able to go ahead and accommodate. Inspection of vehicle is very thorough and very detailed when explained to you. If you are looking for an easy-going professional mechanic experience I would highly recommend North mountain Auto repair! Even just to give him a call doesn't hurt.

I always have a positive visit. I truly appreciate how they give your car a check up on everything, even when you're just getting an oil change! This practice has brought things to my attention that need or will be needing taken care of. They DON'T pressure you at all. It's up to you when you take of anything that they make you aware of. Also, being a single woman I never feel that they're trying to take advantage of me. They explain everything in common sense! Thank you for all the peace of mind 🙏 ✨️ 😌

I bought a brand new battery from them a year ago and 4 months later it was dead. They said they replaced it. Then it died again over and over (not holding charge) in the last few weeks and they had the nerve to tell me the battery was fine but I wasn't driving enough. THAT WAS A LIE. They picked up the battery at 11:30am. I checked in for status at 1:20 (nope) and then again at 3pm (nope) and again at 3:30pm (nope) AND IT WAS ALLEGEDLY STILL NOT FULLY CHARGED. Batteries don't take that long to charge. By 4pm when he showed up I told him to leave the battery and get off my property...I didn't want their battery or blaming me that I don't drive my car enough (hogwash). TRUTH: It had a bad cell and it wasn't holding a charge (per my BMW repair shop who says they often get their customers when N Mntn messes up). I have some pretty nasty video and texts. They lied to me and I have proof that it was a bad battery cell. Rather than go back to them I had it replaced elsewhere. They also replaced my tires but dented one of my rims. I don't know how they got high reviews. Look at these texts. HOURS TO CHARGE A BATTERY?

So I had a 5 star rating for this company a year ago and a year later. Unfortunately, I'm gonna have to take off my 5 star and put a one star. Because I cannot believe that Philip has an employee named Ken, Who likes to hang up on customers? When they're trying to explain what's wrong with their vehicle, and I've put alot money in their pocket. By how many times I've gotten my car fixed here, I've invested with my warranty company, at least, $10,000 or more dollars With this company in less than a year! Now i've complained over and over sense, they did the blower motor for my A. C and my front struts, and when they did my drive shaft in March of this year. That I am getting motion sickness, dizzy, headaches, and that my passengers, including my daughter, where I drive to School and Pick Up from School Every Day. That my car is shaking or vibrating while They are in my car. Now Philip is saying they put Monroe strutts in my car? But I have pictures showing a different brand then what it says on the paperwork. Now when they did my blower motor for my AC, and I went to pick up my car, I picked it up, drove off and then had to bring my car back because when I turned on my A. C my whole dash began to shake and vibrate. Philip wants to blame midway Nissan? And that I have A CV axle mount bolt missing. But see, the thing is what I keep telling philip, and what he's not listening to the words that are coming out of my mouth is that i've been having this problem since march, midway nissan didn't do my c v axle mount til October of this year. So I don't understand how Philip can say that it's midway. Nissan's fault or that the vibrations that I'm having in my car are because of a bolt missing because that bolt wasn't missing. You know, until October and it was there in March April may and June July. All the way up until I believe August, before I started taking it to midway Nissan. Because North Mountain Automotive couldn't figure out the shaking, and everything that I kept complaining about there. so I had to go take it to a dealership. And when Hey bring it back to Philip, he tells me everything's fine with my car and that this shaking, and all that is just something that now comes with my car. Basically, and now happens with my car. Well, it didn't happen before, so it shouldn't happen now.Like, if you go to fix a part of your car, it shouldn't be getting worse.It should make it better. I appreciate Julian talking to me and not treating me like I'm some idiot.. Philip wants to say that shocks and struts and a ac blower motor don't make vibrations. When they can if the part isn't exactly what the factory specifications are calling for. I just know that my car shakes in steering wheel when I press the brakes and shakes and vibtates when I'm driving.. I just gather that they don't care about how their customer is feeling, or that their customer is telling them they've done this and this and this to figure out that it is the vehicle, causing them to get sick and their passengers sick. Also, to just brush me off like Oh, we can't do nothing about it. Cuz, everything is perfect on your car. Well, no, it's not. I'm sorry he put. It's not so like I said, I won't be obviously bringing my car back here ever again. Either one of my vehicles cuz, I brought two vehicles here, not just one.

These guys are a class act and have always had my best interests in mind. I’ve been here twice in 2024 for minor repairs on my wife’s vehicle and I will continue to give them my business for all my future automotive needs. I’ve tried just about every shop on Cave Creek Rd over the past two decades and discovered North Mountain Auto Repair as of late. They have always diagnosed my vehicle’s problems free of charge as well as brought anything else they notice to my attention. They’ve never pressured me to make any decisions they suggested that I’m not fully comfortable with or ready to move forward on. They have also always given pricing for dealer and after market parts that they can order. Then give me their honest opinion of what’s the best route to go depending on the problem. This is one of the few shops in the Valley with integrity I have found. I highly recommend them to anyone who’s experiencing automotive problems.

Awesome experience ☺️ Spoke with Julian. A very respectful young man. There was a slight change in the type of Transmission fluid my car required. very disappointed after 5 years of going here and recommending them To all My family and friends basically they opted to loose a good customer over $103.00 dollars Car would not start after work on Wednesday and was showing check engine light ! Was able to jump the battery and to be on the safe side took it to the shop dropped the key and told the shop it would not start or go in neutral due to the safety feature on the transmission they had my Jeep all day Thursday and then called me at 4:00 pm asking to charge me $99 per hour for two hours of diagnostic testing! Then called and said it’s ready I went by after paying $206.00 and picked up my car went home and parked in the garage next morning did not start again ! Decided to call Jeep and take it to the dealer again after jumping the battery ! Come to find out the batteries were both bad ! So I guess two hours of diagnostics and they could not figure out that it was a bad battery ? Paid $746 got both batteries replaced and a 3 year warranty from Jeep and then called the manager at north mountain explained to him that I was not happy with the service as my car was literally in the same condition the next day ! Asked for half of my money back to be fair to them and he said no ! Because over the past 5 years they have only profited $109.00 dollars from My oil changes ! Absolutely shocked ! They kept my money and lost a good customer at the same time ! I will be letting everyone I know in the area not to go to this shop as all they care about is their profit and not how satisfied their customer is ! Do not use this shop ! I do not recommend them at all
