BE CAREFUL!!! We have been here multiple times and multiple vehicles. This time visiting has made us question everything. Please be aware and make sure the right work is done in your vehicle before you leave. This visit might have cause expensive damage in our vehicle. Husband took our vehicle in for an oil change and took his own oil. Long story short, they did not drain the old oil, added the new oil on top of it and over filled it. Our vehicle started smoking and tugging on the way home. Husband took the vehicle back, my husband had to call me so I could speak with the manager to avoid language barrier misunderstandings. Once on phone with the manager ( Roger ) he stated they would drain and measure oil. He tried to insinuate that our truck had a leak prior and that could have cause issues and smoking, and our truck "might have some other issues" that it had prior to bringing it in " I will scan the vehicle to see if it has any issues". The vehicle had no issues before it arrived to the location. My husband was not informed of any leaks prior to them starting any work, now there is a leak? When they drained the oil, not a surprise, oil came out dark and overfilled which proved they did not drain the old oil. My husband brought a specific oil in and requested the oil drained not to be recycled and for them to take responsibility and put the same kind of oil he brought. They tried to tell my husband the oil they had was the same and after a little back and forth, they had to go buy the oil my husband brought in. Now we have to take the vehicle to a mechanic to make sure there was no major damage due to their negligence. This means I have to pay out of pocket for something more expensive. I am not coming here complaining about a mistake, we do not like conflict at all, but this action was not a mistake. the employee chose not to drain the oil. This was a deliberate action.

No recomiendo este lugar,vine a hacer un cambio de aceite y me lo dejaron con liqueos además que al día siguiente al manejar mi carro no avanzaba ni subía a más de 20,no son profesionales sólo te arruinaran tu carro,no traigas tu carro a este lugar

Usually get an oil change here. Decent price, timely, and haven't had terrible service since coming here. Not the best looking place, but gets the job done.

Vine a hacer el cambio de aceite y resulta que después de eso empezó a tirar mucho aceite solo me dijeron que el tornillo estaba barrido cuando anteriormente no me tiraba ni una gota,fui y les dejé saber que desde que ellos cambiaron el aceite empezó a tirar y según lo arreglaron pero sigue igual🤬ellos mismo lo dañan para después querer cobrar más de 300 dollar en reparar,no vuelvo a venir aquí porque no es la primera ves que pasa esto,no les recomiendo siempre les dejarán el carro con líqueos.

El día 15 de febrero de 2023 , traje mi auto para el cambio de aceite y resulta que me dañaron el tapón del cárter y no se hicieron responsable de la ineptitud de la persona que estaba haciendo el cambio de aceite, en este lugar la mano de obra no es calificada y adujeron que la charola o cárter era de mala calidad por eso se daño, cuando en realidad se debió a mala manipulación del empleado . No es recomendable este lugar ni para un simple cambio de aceite. Me dijeron que repararían la pieza soldándola y que me costaría $150, cuándo la parte nueva es sumamente más barata . Son deshonestos e irresponsables.

First time trying some mechanic work here honestly not bad. Pricing is decent , I will say that they do dirty your interior with grease obviously not on purpose but when they test drive to make sure cars running smooth. Had a lot of grease on the pull down mirror above your head and my seat. Just be careful to check , no complaints other than that highly recommend!!! Update to my review after speaking highly about this place I take it all back. After changing parts the same noise was coming from my car l. I brought the car back and was told a part already installed by their team that I purchased was defective. I was told it needed to be replaced AGAIN with less than a month being installed it made no sense. I decided to not change it and have a different mechanic look at my car. Sure enough there was nothing wrong with the part this place was claiming was wrong. It was a part I initially mentioned and suggested and was not even looked at by this place. THEY ONLY WANT MONEY AND BUSINESS. This place lacks honestly and truthfulness to their customers. NEVER RECOMMENDING THIS PLACE TO ANYONE EVER!

They got me for over$1,000.00, and ac still doesn't work. Told them that driver side was blowing hot. And they changed the passenger. Half my fault for paying them. If you from out of town wait or go somewhere else.

Be careful with the workshops of this company, be aware that they pour oil from barrels and do not add the oil that people pay for, be aware that because they are synthetic they add basic oil to the cars.

I almost didn’t make it in time, but they took the time to get me taken care of. I pulled up at 6:33 and was out of there by 6:47pm 🙌🏾 so thankful for them and found out that I had an oil leak too whewwww! Prices are always reasonable and cheaper than any other place I go!

I broke down on the side of 45 and found this place online. I originally thought my clutch went out and Jose quoted me a great price so I towed it to him. He then called me and discovered my motor mount broke and knocked my cv joint out of place. He Repaired it, put my car back together beautifully and its running better than ever. Highly recommend these highly skilled mechanics. Thanks Jose
